1 money on a grey square.
1 mats on the mats planet.
Upkeep: -21.
Income money: 10.
Income science; can't remember - 6 probably.
Income materials; 8.
Gap: -11 = 3 discs.
Discard from 102 (science cube), Pulsar (mats cube), system bordering Morgoth (mats cube).
Your math is good through there.

My setting for the round is then
0 money (10 income)
11 science (4 income)
8 materials (4 income)
I have you at 5 + 4 = 9 science and 0 + 4 = 4 mats.
Turn 1
Tapper Research Antimatter Cannons. Flip as many colony ships (1 or 2) as required to pay for it. -9 == 0 no ships used
Turn 5
Tapper - provisionally build 2 more fighters, flipping a colony ship for mats -5 mats == 0 left
It might be that I am wrong in my assumption that during payment, you get the income from cubes before I discard discs to pay the upkeep gap.
So from that perspective, I'd get 10 + 6 + 8 and income for round 6 falls to a predictive 10/4/4 if I am not mistaken?
You only get the production if someone else takes your hex. If you are bankrupting a hex then you do not get the production from that hex.
