Research Plasma Cannons
(0$, 14S, 8M -7 Upkeep)

See, when you win in round 9 from this choice, you will thank me!

These were part of my initial plan from the beginning but now I can't afford the upgrade I was going to do with them. GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

You didn't even need the Adv Money this round. Nanorobots and Advanced Robotics would have been a great choice for researchs for you or Plasma cannon nanorobots or hell even Fusion source and positon computers would have been better.

WHY did you reach for the advanced Economy!!!!!!!!

Well, I did get a kick from screwing you over I must admit, but it was not my main motivation. I figured that both D'rek and Tatts would want it later, and we cannot be sure when next it appears. Might be next round. Might be in round 8. Yes, I could have gone for other choices, but they were not necessary right now, while this could make some serious damage to other plans.

Turn 2:
Accept diplmacy with CF. Send a materials to Ambassador-to-Humans.
Influence Action
Influence Hive, Colonize money planet
Influence Vega. Colonize grey planet with money.
Flip both colony ships back up.

Yep. The exiles are a cursed race.

Twelve. I gave you opportunity after opportunity to play nice. Hell I wanted an alliance with you since the moment I saw we'd be neighbors.

You reap what you sow.

At this point it would probably be in your best interest to urge D'rek to keep Tatts occupied. Because he really wants your blood. :)

Alliances shouldn't be formed right out of the gate. You should try and win the game on your own merits. Hell the game that I won with CF I was continuously looking for ways to drop him and go for a solo win. The opportunity just was never there. This game I just wanted to be left alone in the corner and I knew you would pull what you just did if I explored the hive hex and denied me Vega. So no I didn't reap what I sowed. I had weeds thrown into my nice cultivated garden plot. Morogth should want me to be strong so I can cause your alliance as much grief as possilbe opening up opportunites for him and CF to exploit.

He made a mistake for stealing a very necessary tech for my hexes and I made one for not building ships last round to take Vega before you moved in. Though I still doubt I did the wrong move. I desperately needed science.

Ok. So what exactly has changed? I get the resources in Vega until you kill the ancient. That's all I wanted. *shrug*

So you are saying when i make a move on Vega you are not going to defend it?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Mission accomplished. I'm crossing my fingers that tech shows up early next round even though it's not in the preview. I'm hoping for a temporary setback not a game crippling one.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

I am hoping to see twelve take Vega and get the Jump Drive from its discovery tile. That would be hilarious and awesome.

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

Think of all the havoc I could wreck with that tech. But then Nuetron bombs would be essential to fully utilize it. I could jump all over the board slipping behind everyone's defense nuking everything in sight.

Has anyone played a game where a player just went wild trying to nuke everyone like that?
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.

Did Khell disappear on his turn without putting in his action? :)

Draco Leader,

We thank you kindly for your acceptance of our diplomatic offer, and for allowing us to search for survivors of Cabot. Unfortunately we found the rent pieces of her hull orbiting Arcturus Prime. We can only presume that Cabot's crew perished in the incident since the exploration vessel was not fitted with life vessels.

A sad day for the Directorate, but a happy day for Galactic peace. We trust that the Rare Earth Materials sent on our emissary vessel finds you well, and we are grateful for your return cubit of rare draconian gems. I can say with confidence they will be a popular holiday gift this year.

SD. C. Fiestum

So it's CF, Morgoth, IH.

As gnaw
IH: Are you going after the ancient in Arcturus? If so, don't influence 101 this turn. I'll remove from 105 in turn 3.

Wait Gnaw, you mean you didn't move the influence disc from 105 to vega/hive? Why are you doing in two influence actions what you can do in one?

And how does me influencing 101 effect things?

Because I forgot. Was going to change it but Tatts made his turn.
And you're right. 1010 has nothing to do with it. Nvm

I'm confused I was going to put in my order to influence 101, but you seem to think me not doing that is going to help you...

Gnaw, plans changed, I'm not building an interceptor.

Rather, MOVE interceptor from homeworld to Pollux.

The mechanema seek to claim the new lands, denied them by a technicality last cycle. Scout ships have discovered ancient ruins, we wait word on what the exploration discovers.

INFluence 101, colonise both planets, flip up colony ships.

Can you do the discovery draw? I don't think anyone else can get one for a while.
