So I just read GotM and I can't recall ever seeing lovely Tattersails hair and the COLOR? Maybe I just missed it or maybe SE wants us to imagine it to ourselves...?

She's a redhead.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Yah...read on, and then reread the series once you're done.

Sorry, but...a redhead? I remember she had black hair, but, due to the general lack of description, perhaps itīs a misconception from me. I think the redhead was one of Paranīs sisters, correct me if Iīm wrong. In fact, Iīve always imagined Tattersail as Amy Lee: striking blue eyes, white skin, black hair and a little chubbiness.

Ironically Amy Lee dyed her hair red a few times and fits the description just as easily IMO.

Except I'm fairly sure that Tattersail is pretty father rolls, or perhaps 'folds', I don't remember which, are definitely described a few times.
The love I bear thee can afford no better term than this: thou art a villain.

Who would ever call that woman (Amy Lee) chubby? Someone needs to wash out his eyes, clearly, as one of the first things we learn about Tattersail is that she's redhead.

Wow. Just googled her and she looks almost exactly how I imagined her. That's uncanny.

For some reason, the expression "many pillows of her flesh" stands out. (I hope that's really in Erikson, and not something I pulled from my diseased imagination.)

Where does it say she has red hair? Quotes please!
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

When I said she was chubby I didnīt pretend to be rude or to dismiss that woman, whose voice I admire. Simply I describe a very round face and a body with a tendence to gain weight, which is not a negative thing in itself: personally, I think Amy Lee is an atractive woman and a lot of fans think it, too. Obviously Tattersail is fat. But I donīt know any famous person who is fat, beautiful and fits the description of the character.
As for the redhead thing, well, I need quotes, because I missed that part. Perhaps it was an error of translation (I read the saga in Spanish).
Oh, and I like the pics with a redhaired Amy. Brunette or redhead, she will be Tattersail in my mind anywhere.
