Well we thought we knew who was going to be lynched last time but the mayor lied about who was Judge. So as mayor I can only try to find someone who I think might be honest yet may not be influenced by off thread shenanigans. That is why I'm not willing to straight out and say who is my choice for Judge is. Can't say my trust is at an all time high at the moment. And I have my doubts as to my choice as well. I seriously hope I didn't fuck up on my choice.

Personally, I'd rather an obvious but reliable choice. If the Mayor is all coy about who he picks and then shenanigans do happen, we have nothing but the Mayor's that said shenanigans actually happened. Whereas if you're upfront right at the start about your picks (and the known judge about theirs) it is easier for all to see when something unexpected happens. Kinda worried now that you're going to pull a fast one and then claim you got messed with.

OTOH, the only definitive lynch shenanigans we've seen so far was the Lock getting passed over one.

I don't expect it, simply because Jalan was not among those that Lock was trying to get lynched. ie if it was Hentos with that ability and he used it to save himself on day 2, why waste dice on it to save Jalan now?

We've seen (probably) two election effects so far, with luck someone has a vote affecter that can get Jalans selfie off? Whilst I appreciate the sentiment, better to have an election attempt than to hang it because you voted for someone else. Save it to t-5 by all means but have it ready, to vote either way.
