Does Bru realize he can just choose to kill? Jesus. Is this just so he keeps his unlynched status?

Shin, it is technically modkill worthy behavior, right? So maybe tell him if he confirms the action he will be modkilled at dawn?

I can't believe that this game was my first killer role, and I've been playing since Sengoku 2 (Mafia 81)

I cannot believe this either. I wonder how many other players have not been a killer. I think at the end of the game we should make a list of all the player that have not had a killing role before and give them one in future games.

God Dammit. I should've kill Barghast early. Ah well... Hope Alkend can pull this out. Also, if Bru kills himself there will be hell to pay.
Ment has just joined my (relatively short) list. At the top.
A question: How bad was my reveal?
Also, I was having a mental breakdown yesterday. I was F5ing when nothing was going on for an hour... Dying was actually a bit of a relief.

I thought it was a good effort, you just had a very tough audience to sell it to, I'd say - but I have never pulled a fake reveal, so I'm far from a pro
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.

The actual rule.
Players must not:
B1) Act in any way intended to reduce the chance of their faction achieving its win conditions. (However, should all surviving members of a faction agree that they wish to resign and end the game early, they may do so by PMing the mods privately, without stating their intentions on-thread until the mods post to announce that the game is over.)
The key word I think is "intended". It appears that there is no intent by Brujah, so the NA should stand if considering the wording of the rule. Thing is, even if there was intent, then it would be a modkillable offense so he'd die anyways.
Here's the scene, what do people think?
Night 8 is over.
Iida Gen was dismayed by the Miura soldiers still staunchly holding out within Arai castle. So when the order came to return to Odawara, Gen was not sad to turn his back on the castle. He would faithfully trudge back to the stronghold of the Fujiwari, knowing that by leaving a token force around Arai the most likely outcome would be they would all starve out. It was no longer his battle, and it appeared he was needed elsewhere.
Mockra is "dead". He was Iida Gen and Brujah, a Fujiwari General

It isn't as he doesn't think his action will go through. He's just dicking around because he believes he has no power in the night and that tomorrow someone will reveal guard and get him lynched.
Great game Azath, a worthy first-time killer

With your reveal, you were unlucky that someone with excellent knowledge of game mechanics like D'rek was still around.

In all honesty, after the first suspicions being thrown out around Day 3, I pretty much separated my mafia self into two halves: the townie on thread, and the general in PM's. Problem is once Barghast revealed, they came right back together, though I managed to keep most of my breakdown in PM's.
And who is it who has a vendetta against Ment?

Yeah, I think that's the overall best thing you could have gone with in such an unfortunate situation.
It is still pretty funny though

Night has timed out. And he would likely argue that he's not breaking the rules. If anything, this would clue him into the fact he is possibly NOT being guarded. Despite my earlier reaction, I think I have no choice in this.
Don't despair though! It won't be a 100% scum win, but there is still a great chance that scum will capture Edo castle.

Gotcha.
Thanks! The message was odd for me, because even though I hadn't been a killer until this game, I've been in a lot of lover convo's, so I was used to the whole chatting aspect. The message aspect threw me off, and so I was never sure what to put in it. I decided to just put in who I'd failed to kill so Brujah would have more targets, but it seems since I was guarded I got fucked, and gave him some wrong info.

And in a surprise twist, it is now 1 vs 6.
Poor Lisheo is going to be the one having fits, now.

Yeah, the guarding was tres unlucky for you, though a good play by Ment on the other hand. I said at the beginning of this game that I thought your 'townie inno' tendencies might actually prove pretty helpful to you, and I think that was the case. You largely sounded like a townie. It was the night action that got you, rather than your posting before that really. The reveal wasn't a bad effort (I've certainly got away with far more unrealistic reveals, simply because the mechanics people were all dead already
