Malazan Empire: Blessings of Paran - Malazan Empire

Paran is the master of the Deck and he is able to bless people. My question is: what exactly means a blessing from Paran? For example the Bargast gods want his blessing. In the books Paran accidently blessess people like the grey swords.

Does the blessing mean that these persons are able to become cards in the Deck of Dragons?

I was rereading MOI and in the end when Paran is with Quick Ben in Moon Spawn to visit the graves of the Bridgeburners he tells that he learned a lot from them. In the end just before he departs he says: (I do not know the exact words) Bridgeburners, I bless you all. When he leaves a strange sorcery descends on the tombs.

THe following is just a wild guess....
Does this mean that in the next few books there will arise a High House of the Bridgeburners with Whiskeyjack as King, Picker as Queen, QB as mage, Kalam as assassin, Spindle as ? etc.....
