It does seem that you have broken their will. Either from there inability to kill you (that is there own fault for not finishing you off when the had the chance) or from the vacations and modkills (never good for a game).

I think that game has been pretty good (couple of small things) the balance has been pretty good. Contrary to what people think. No factions have been wiped out. Yes your in a strong position but that isn't your fault.

I'm tempted to call the game and give Khell the win. He's going to be able to use his Decoy ability and Massive Infestation today, so things are gonna end up going in his direction regardless, I think.

Given that we have the rest of the week left anyway, maybe I just up everyone's power tomorrow. I.E. Add 1 point to everyone's attack power, and 1 point to all vord infestation abilities. If we don't have an obvious winner after the following Day/Night cycle, then we call the game. What do you think?

I'm thinking of turning off all the ability timers (except Decoy, which I'll just change to a once per 3 days timer instead of a game hours timer) as well, so people can use their big abilities every day. What do you think? Would that be too much?

And shorten days to 22 hours, nights to 2 hours?

I think that would be to much. It would fundamentally change the game.

Upgrading everyone's attack will not change that much.

If it looks like we need to call the game at the end of the week. Then let it play out. If the attitude on the thread changes between now and we decide to let the game go on. Lets reevaluate what can be changed then.

You raise many good points. I'll think about it. Perhaps underwater instead then. With some kind of weight to keep me down, but with a self-built, self-installed quick release mechanism.

That sounds much safer. Just make sure that there are some kinds of fish in the tank or you do it in a significant body of water. That way the fish can eat you so you aren't embarrassed if the self-installed quick release doesn't work.
