if so, the CF is of the person the FM jumped into?

If I was an FM jumping into a new alt, I'd want it to be as inconspicuous a landing as possible. And since my presence causes infestation counts to go up, that means my landing zone should be already partially infested. Right?

But, since I want to make progress, I probably wouldn't want a fully infested zone. right?

So I'm guessing that the queen is currently on Elinarch or Antillus?

Personally I've never had an FM who could jump to avoid a lynch. But you say there's precedent (And Korra was another Blend game), so I defer to you on that one.

The queen would need to know the whereabouts of the person she's jumping into for that. And we not know how such a FM jump might work range wise.

The queen would need to know the whereabouts of the person she's jumping into for that. And we not know how such a FM jump might work range wise.

That's another of those assumptions I'm making. That she has to "prepare" a target. In Legend of Korra it meant they had to be recruited.
