I have moved there but I am not there yet. I arrive at dawn so I should be okay if you move on or do something in the night. How does that work? I arrive on the tile after they arrive and do business?

I would expect them to have completed their business and any deaths to have been updated by now. Meaning that nobody was left there. If only the queen was still there she's the only one who wouldn't definitely have died. If Antillus is not infested by morning then we should be able to conclude that Ked was she.
