Can you guys actually play the damn game? Over half the players alive account for less than 20% of the total posts made. I know people said they would be busy but we're a full 7 days in now. I'm not saying start a spamfest but there is a very clear non-vocal majority in this game. Either you're all on comms or you just aren't playing.

I'm actually so lost in this game. Normally I have some piece of solid information to inform my decisions, but this game has simply been mindfucking me for the last week. Not since Espers have I been so lost in a game.

Ah...Espers. Now THAT was fucking Mafia. Best part is, when you have no clue what the fuck is going on, you can just roll with it! I actually think it's almost as fun to play completely blind but with heavy mechanics than it is to be "in the know" and scrutinizing every post in a M&P game.

I don't think you read the quoted post clearly enough in context of what's happened so far in game with the involved parties. They are puzzle pieces to be sure, though.

I've looked into Galayn enough. I feel his is a better grasp on things than my own.

So far all I have as motivation are:

Lets Vote tiam because screw his/her confusing the issue with a cryptic clue.

or

Lets Vote Korabas because we had a train on him and it would have been successful had I been around.

Im operating on a few assumptions. Tiam is claiming some higher knowledge while Korabas is claiming none. A CF on Tiam will get us a heavy hitter, possibly the heaviest? a CF on Korabas is not.

Korabas has been super vocal and has given us quite a bit to reflect on. If we got a CF on him it might be more useful, I cant be sure how much it inconveniences other people but most players believe Korabas is a low lying player so probably a "safe" lynch. For the sake of Data mining I'm gonna vote Korabas

I promised Galayn I'd follow up on his vote Day 3 but im not gonna do it blindly. This vote makes a new type of sense to me because clearly the two are not linked, Korabas is at the centre of a very weird circle of attention. CFs on him would be useful. should we aim for Tiam I'm cool. I just just expect more from her/him before shifting.

Based on previous games it is likely
-King Sunday has the ability to Time Shift (Epoch being the only other potential candidate for this)
-Mister Monday is a Guard
-Sir Thursday is a Vig
-Queen Weds or Lady Ete has a lover convo with the King (Ete more likely with the back story, although does raise an interesting point - can they be sure their lover is actually the correct version? So maybe Doppelganger Ete is actually talking to Original Sunday?)

So, on to the big mystery, Domingo. Blend says it is based on the Voodoo Master from Mafia 87. A look in the spoilers there tells us that the summoning takes 1 blood sample from each faction plus a sample from a child and a zombie so potentially 5 actions needing to be completed to summon it. We have 2 factions and Domingo has already had contact with everyone so this is where whatever mechanic Blend has put in will fuck with our minds.

At the risk of scaring people, what if Domingo is a FM needing to take out say both King Sundays to absorb their time-displacing and summon Millennium?

TBQH I would expect Domingo to be playing quiet and low since he can coast to victory with *either* side or go for broke and try and take out everyone by summoning Millennium.

For that matter, if summoning Millennium is the only way to heal the time stream shouldn't we all be trying to help rather than bickering?

He says above that he thinks it is Queen Wednesday or Lady Ete has a Lover convo with the King. So Tiam is either the King Sunday or Lady Ete/Wednesday.

What I find interesting is that since that first vote from Rikkter on Tiam, Alkend has been defending Tiam or pushing elswhere.

I agree, I am advocating a lynch on Tiam, yet I don't know if he is on my team or not. At the end of the day we have to take risks. All these people that have more information than us sucks big time. Too busy to post much. Sorry. In hindsight, I maybe shouldn't have signed up.
To make things slightly worse (for my team, slightly better for the enemy I guess), I also seem to come on when Blend goes to bed, and that has already caused me to step into a time vacuüm a couple of times so far - I guess that frustrates him as much as me. You now have a clear picture of my situation and I guess most of us by now know how hard it is to play a game full tilt when you're on during down time.

Unfortunately, the key for clearing up the downtime issue is him acquiring a euro-zone co-mod from amidst the dead. I don't want to die yet - it is also likely that when I die, I'll go back to work full tilt instead of modding.

-The other of Ete and Weds being RI
-Tertian has been a ninja before, think more likely to be RI this time

Now PS says Originals (I'm going to call them Originals and Doppelgangers from here on unless anyone has any terms they'd prefer) have an information advantage - I'd suspect this means some alts know who the real King Sunday is, or he knows who several real ones are and that roles remain balanced.

So, on to the big mystery, Domingo. Blend says it is based on the Voodoo Master from Mafia 87. A look in the spoilers there tells us that the summoning takes 1 blood sample from each faction plus a sample from a child and a zombie so potentially 5 actions needing to be completed to summon it. We have 2 factions and Domingo has already had contact with everyone so this is where whatever mechanic Blend has put in will fuck with our minds.

At the risk of scaring people, what if Domingo is a FM needing to take out say both King Sundays to absorb their time-displacing and summon Millennium?

TBQH I would expect Domingo to be playing quiet and low since he can coast to victory with *either* side or go for broke and try and take out everyone by summoning Millennium.

For that matter, if summoning Millennium is the only way to heal the time stream shouldn't we all be trying to help rather than bickering?

He says above that he thinks it is Queen Wednesday or Lady Ete has a Lover convo with the King. So Tiam is either the King Sunday or Lady Ete/Wednesday.

What I find interesting is that since that first vote from Rikkter on Tiam, Alkend has been defending Tiam or pushing elswhere.

the fact we get no CF means we simply accept after 5 shots if we all still around Domingos out the picture. Rather take the hunt to averages. 5 to 13 ain't great odds so coasters it is.

Got no clue how the fuck DDay calculations work on this but I'm pretty sure either team can handle being 4 ounces of dead weight down.

This is still on day one, page one. He's already talking about "coasters". Why? The only reason I can see is Tiam being voted for and getting attention.


At the end of the day we cannot know if the rest of the alts are playing this fucking game. There's a huge sign over the 3 of these players grouping them together. Everyone wants to lie low, and even Tiam has not said a fucking word in ages.

I think in terms of my posting I have been fairly consistent throughout. The only time I was quiet was from Friday night through to Monday morning when a lynch was attempted against me. Otherwise you have had plenty of my time and effort.

This is a good question.
To pose an alternative for the mimic debate - what if Mimic is what makes dopplegangers CF as Originals? It poses a nice strategic question: bring back the guy and lynch him again for certainty about alignment for all but the opposing number, or keep him dead under the main title and fuck with all heads except for the opposing party. It would be interesting fishing on thread by Denul, using a known ability to his team to out the opposing team.

The testing of this theory is also very easy. Down with Denul.

Yes. That's what has me suspecting somethings up. You have been a major contributor. in your silence I expected something convincing to happen after your CF, the huge lack of nothing is what I am drawing attention to. Not debating that you have been a contributor, I'm looking at how you have contributed. Its an odd lul for such a consistent contributor, particularly after that gap when you were I assume away on RL business of some sort. Not checking a thread for that long that close to a timeout always sounds farfetched even when its legitimate and quite honest.

Anyways the train on Tiam has picked up some steam. A train and possible CF on Tiam will lead to just as much knowledge as a train on you. Happy to vote either way.
