Game of the show so far is easily Titanfall.
Runner ups are BF4 and Destiny.
Biggest disappointment so far: Tie between Ryse being all QTE and TES:O being on a console.

Well, seems I'll be getting a PS4 then. Shame, I've always preferred the Xbox controller as the PS controller seems to be made for people with tiny hands.
Is there any list of exclusive titles so far?

Yes. Neither of the launch libraries are very impressive.

Ive decided that EA won the first day for me, as much as I dislike their business practices.
Battlefront3 (probably a ways off), BF4, DA3 (over a year off, but...) and Titanfall is easily the best lineup from any publisher. I don't really give two shits for their sports franchises, I wish they would take the sports money and invest it in smaller devs trying new stuff.

At least, for sure if you're not buying at launch, you will almost definitely be able to get a third-party controller that fixes the PS controller's layout and basically copies the Xbox controller.

While we're on the subject of PS4 playing point-for-point victories over Xbox One:
It's also region free. Yay.
Definitely has 500GB HDD for the $399 price-point - but other configurations not ruled out.

Oh, and here's one for free: The HDD is upgradeable. Unlike the X1's.

Glad they're sticking with region free games, all PS3 games were region free as well (I think 360 ones were too). I wonder if it's just the games though. He said the console was region free, it not checking regions for bluray or DVD either would be nice.
500gb is decent, and upgradeable is always nice.
Also, they released a video of the "user experience" basically showing off the UI and some of the features related. They had said before that games and video would be downloaded in such a way that you can start playing before they finish (which is awesome), but when watching the clip (as cheesy as the whole thing is) I liked that when downloading a game you could choose to download the multi-player or single player first. A nice touch.
I liked the look of Destiny, could be fun.
Titanfall looked awesome.
Witcher 3, Infamous Second Son (I liked the first 2 quite a bit), The Order (only a cinematic so far, but a cool looking new IP is always nice) and Watchdogs all looked like games I want. I know there are a couple I have forgotten.
Now it's time to go catch up on all the stuff I missed. I went to sleep between the MS and Sony conferences and there are a few things I've heard about I definitely want to check out (like Division).
EDIT: Oh, Obdi. I wasn't keeping a particularly close eye on it (I was playing a level of Warframe on my other screen at the time

A lot of the sword strokes that were prompted looked like they were X and I noticed a shield bash was something else, but like I said I was only half watching. So maybe (and definitely hopefully) it's just suggestions for executions/parries and there is some chance for this game yet.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Watching Sony Conference now.
Their approach is much more focused. They are doing the whole "TV" thing, too, but they are working on it from a "gamers" angle--They use thier media arm to reinforce "gamer-specific" experience.
The Order--another zombie game?
Killzone looked a lot like a mix of Crysis/FarCry (esp the knifing animation)
DriveClub--more driving. That's 5th this E3!
Infamous-Second Son. Huh.
Knack-?
Tech demo was nice
Transistor looked pretty meh.
A lot of diff indie stuff. Sony's trying hard to rival XBLA.
more stuff-D3 on PS3/4--good for them
Square Enix making a major announcement--Kingdom Hearts is something fans have wanted more of for years. Any answer of fan's requests is a positive thing.
Hey AssCreed4 gameplay!
WatchDogs gameplay...*drool*
TES:O--hmm. on PC< they wanna do subs. How will it work on PS4?
Mad Max -ooh-er
aaaaand, the coup de gace--used games. Sony's really gonna punish M$oft for that one. Also, allowing offline play==good thing. I also like the idea of keeping multi+single player separate--PS+ is pay-for multi-player, but it's optional
In short--Sony capitalized on M$oft's missteps towards its "core gamers". They've got a solid lineup, and they are looking to take those core gamers that are dissapointed with M$oft's "mass appeal" tactics. it's a more conservative move, but it's also a smart move, because it's less risky. M$oft is chasing new audience at expense of its old one. Sony's trying to directly capitalize on this.
I must admit, destiny looks pretty. Too bad it's an MMO.

Not only is the PS4 cheaper, it's also comprised of less expensive components than the Xbox One, especially with the Kinect, so it can drop in price easier.

Spoiler
Yeah, it's the self publish part that is the real clincher for which is easier to idie dev for.
The inability to do so on the Xbone worries me.
It worries me because of stories like what happened to Human Head during the Prey 2 development. They were promised extra funds and time to complete their game by their publisher (the publishing arm of Bethesda). They tried to buy HH out, but the head of the company wanted to retain creative control of the company, so wouldn't sell. Then the extra funds were not delivered and Beth started demanding the game at the original deadline (Beth didn't update the contract so didn't have to give them the extra time and money they promised), but the game wasn't finished as HH had extended their development schedule to include the extra time. They then used this awkward situation to try and strong arm Human Head into being bought out. They got fairly aggressive (in terms of this, not actual violence) about buying HH out. HH handed them the game as it was (thereby concluding their contract) and then got the hell out of there.
MS spent a decent amount of time going on about all the new studios they've been buying to make games exclusively for them. So I am somewhat worried that they will use their position and the requirement of having a publisher to get your game on XBL to strong arm unwilling indie companies they like.
That MS is going to do this is all entirely conjecture of course, it is just something that something about the conference made me think. Though that could just be having the HH story relatively fresh in my mind.

What's peoples opinion on Titanfall?
Personally I think it looks like the true sequel to Modern Warfare 2. By that I mean the COD franchise stagnates by producing the same exact formula of gameplay every year. Titanfall seems to be displaying many of the ideas that Infinity Ward came up with like the score system, the feel of the gun handling, etc. and combining it with a whole new approach to the arcade action of COD.
Currently in my mind I am waiting to see how Titanfall does versus Destiny. These two games I think are the future of the FPS shooters, they're not exactly making leaps in FPS innovation but they certainly look a lot more interesting than COD DOG and Batlefield 4.
So happy that the game is also coming to PC otherwise I might have had to buy an X-bone.

Destiny is going to be more of an MMO, no? with loot and all that.
Whereas Titanfall is going for more of a Planetside 2 "just drop in and play multiplayer modes, but we'll throw up a global war effort to make you feel a part of something bigger".

I am staggered that Sony went with no restrictions on used games/no requisite online connectivity for single-player. Staggered. I was convinced they would unroll similar policies to Microsoft, but dress it up with something to make it seem a little less restrictive.
If I do buy a console this next generation, it will be the PlayStation 4 (despite that damn controller, sigh).
I didn't get the same feeling from Titanfall that a lot of others seem to. I do like the concept, but I can see a strong possibility of it getting old fast. Plus, I simply prefer single-player games anyway.
A LOT of these new games seem to be going for single-player/multi-player hybrid gaming. Playing a game in a persistent online world where your friends drop in to help you out really seemed to be a theme, from Watch Dogs, to Destiny, to The Division, to The Crew, etc. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I prefer my single-player gaming to remain a personal experience.
The Division looks like it was supposed to be Ubisoft's Watch Dogs for this year's E3, but didn't garner quite the same OMFG reaction. Still looks pretty intriguing to me though.
The Order (the titles have been really lame thus far BTW) I really liked the look of despite it being just a cinematic. It's like an insane combination of three or four vastly different time periods.
Battlefront 3. "Please love us!" says EA
And I do love you, EA, I do. Why? Because, for me, Mirror's Edge 2 was news that made me grin the most.

Other games I've just remembered:
Project Spark: I love the concept and how it seems to work (I was already imagining building Wu)...but will it get old very quickly?
Sunset Overdrive: Is this what Fuse was supposed to be?
Crimson Dragon: Panzer Dragoon in all but name! Win for me!
Battlefield 4 looked kinda epic, but at the same time very very scripted.
The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot looked like it could be very entertaining, as it essentially seems to encourage griefing your friends
And...I have to wait till Christmas for South Park: The Stick of Truth?! Ugh.
And and: the scrapping of Microsoft Points. A great thing, but oh so so late in the day.
