I'd prefer a forum draft. The draft was what made the subsequent weeks of the game a ton of fun for me. I think it will be pretty tough to have 10-12 people online for 4-6 hours considering the Japan/USA/Euro composition of the league so devoting much time and thought to it will be wishful thinking.

As for auto-draft or partial auto-draft (say, if it was live for the US but auto for the remainder)? Meh.
In partial, the players who are online and draft themselves will probably have the more balanced team.

If the league stays at 10 players, the whole 'which RB5/WR4/TE3 shall I pick, wait, what about the camp battles?!' is going to happen a round or 2 later - we'll be talking early to mid august, then.

He has been working out who to pick and when for the last 3 or 4 months. I am sure he has a back up within a back up within a back up. I think he has lists and extensive notes but I am sure he wants a TE first

Kicker first and then a defense then another kicker then the TE. You can't have to many kickers. />
