Inn posts don't count, or Apt, Abyss and a number of others would be in 6 digit post counts by now.

If you go to their profile pages it counts all posts, I'm pretty sure. Makes more of a difference for some than others.

That's interesting, though not that big of a discrepancy for me.

Nope. All posts total, even for Apt, is under 20k. That's not including pre-forumpocalypse posts that got nuked, probably, but even so. The site has been around for ages, but despite that no-one here holds a candle to a member on DarkCreations.org - she's been a member there for a while, sure, but probably less than Apt, or certainly Abyss, have been members here. I remember her breaking 10k posts a couple of years ago...she has 38,000 posts on that site. She kicks all our asses. XD

we
ve also had an expanded roster of mafia alts, so the nempbers are probably still under 10k, in reality.

The mafia alts should count double. Some of them have more posts (in the games forum) then most members.

Path-Shaper actually has the highest post count on the forum, and it's not even close.

Yeah, Path-Shaper has about 28k posts all up. Though it has to be said, in terms of content, it's pretty uninspiring. There are some great scenes, but 90% of that 29k are copy-pasted/slightly altered rules and status updates, with some one-liners or a short comment added on top for good measure. >.>

That being said: exciting times! 10,000 members sure is a lot...if we pruned the never-active accounts that number would probably drop substantially. It may not be a bad idea at some point to get rid of the 0-post accounts cluttering up the database. :p
We also have more than 700,000 posts on the board. Almost 240,000 of those are in the Games forum, with another 120k in the Inn. :p

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

Wait, didn't we have members with well above 20000 post back in the ancient days?

So, like 30ish percent of the posts are about the actual books then? I'm guessing Other Lit must be pretty big too. That one still has the pre-forumpocalypse posts in it.
