Tayschrenn ain't white and Gesler isn't in this book, but decent picks for those other two.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Tayschrenn should be a balder Ron Glass.

For some reason, I always picture Gesler as a golden-skinned, more muscular Cee Lo Green. Weird, probably.
Seconding worrywart's approval on the other two.

Tatersail:Sophie marcell ? Sophie Marceau maybe? It is true she get some extra kg since 'La boum'
The rock is a bit too much heavy weight for Kalam (he would fit well as a cousin of said Kalam, or as a sergeant major in Malaz). Stratam would be perfect , flexible, muscular but not heavy weight, fast, able to move as a dancer.
I do have problem to picture Fiddler (even after re read 3 times the whole saga), I do feel him to ... basicaly normal, you know the kind of people you never real notice. For the sake of nostalgia, I would propose someone I have been honored to serve with : Corporal Chavaroux. The guy of guy you never notice, untill shit hit the fan and the mosquito size 12.7mm (that is nostalgia)

How about Paddy Considine for Fiddler? Someone's probably already suggested that some time over the past decade, but I think he's a good choice. And I'm fairly certain Damian Lewis has been bandied about as a good choice too (Considine might make a better Hedge now that I think of it, if that was a pairing).
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

When I was reading I pictured Ving Rhames (when he was younger) as Kalam and Richard Brooks as Quick Ben. I thought of Tony Curran as Fiddler.

All your recs are too pretty. How about some love for the uglier redheads, since Fiddler is "pockmarked" and presumably not much to look at?

Tatts early in SH game: Hmm, so if I'm liberal I should have voted Nein to make sure I'm president? I'm not that selfish
Tatts later in SAME game: I'm going to be a corrupt official. I have turned from my liberal ways, and now will vote against the pesky liberals. Viva la Fascism.
When Venge's turn comes, he will get a yes from Mess, Dolmen, Nevyn and Venge but a no from the 3 fascists and me. **** with my Government, and i'll **** with yours

Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own bowels was made through brainwave transmissions, with Al the Poop Observer, who appeared in the form of a hologram that only Doctor Poopet could see and hear. Trapped in the past, Doctor Poopet finds himself pooping from life to life, pooping things right, that once went wrong and hoping each time, that his next poop will be the poop home.

I like Adewale Akkinuoye-Agbaje for Kallam, even if I do know a dude that looks just like him. I also like Noel Clarke for Quick Ben, Colin Salmon for Tayschrenn, Nora-Jane Noone for Laseen, Omid Djalili for Kruppe, John Rhys-Davies for Baruk, Rafi Gavron for Crokus, Sam Claflin for Ganoes, Don Warrington for Shadowthrone and McKenzie Crook for Fiddler. The rest I haven't figured out yet.
