Prazec has gone completely quiet ever since he was labelled a mod puppet, so I think we have bigger fish to fry than that jackass. He also clearly has no voting power.

As for Mekin, I have no idea how to go about stopping that role from blowing up another townie.

Prazec seems definitely linked with Mekin. I wonder what would happen if we lynched Prazec. He may be a mod puppet, but he says quite a few things that I wouldn't think a mod puppet would say, nor comment on. I was thinking that it has something to do with FM victims. Possibly a place for them to linger until returned to their next body.

Also, Mekin has killed two town. Ampelas suggested he would kill Togg tomorrow instead. I wonder why he thinks this would happen.

I've been getting a recruited vibe from Bendal today. Think of it this way, he fully expected to die after revealing Ampelas and Omtose, but didn't. Why would scum not kill someone who can find them? Because they can recruit them instead, perhaps.
