It would make a bit of sense, actually. I was thinking about the FM mechanic. Case A. FM 1 jumps from alt a to alt be. Alt b could just tell us which alt he came from. What? Alt b dies? He could tell us once he respawns in his new alt? Maybe they are truly dead, and become puppet alts. Or not. I've just been trying to figure out how it would work.
