Well shit, hello to the tyrant. Of course that role would have to see an appearance. Like people were saying, it seems obvious that Fener used to be Amon. He jumped from one high powered scum role to another, has to be their leader. Aside from that either Togg or Kanadar Fant are another scum. Plus I'm inclined to believe Pran Chole's reveal. After giving us Amon, there seems to be little reason to not trust the Korlat/ Driss info. We are surrounded by scum.
I am curious as to Fener's shields, I'm guessing they consist of members already in/ recruited to his faction. That would include Driss, according to Pran. Interesting that Fener's first silence would go to a player he recruited, that may be a shield. Since the bore boar of summer knows his shields, you'd think he wouldn't silence one. WIFOM territory though.
Out of this bunch, I'd agree that Korlat seems to be the best target. If we are able to ID which is scum between Kanadar and Togg, that would completely eliminate that scum player from the game too.
If you believe Fener was Ultama, then why is Korlat the best choice? Surely another Meyern would be better, in order to hunt down Fener's bodyguards?
Anyway, I'm off.
With Driss being a town member that was recruited, as you and Pran agree on, it is very likely that he would make an easy Vig/NK for someone. In mafia 38, the Necromancers were able to recruit, so if Korlat is sitting over there recruiting, that is an issue that a lynch easily solves.

Necromancer: Halloween is a perfect time for you as the spirit of the dead linger so close to the living, and you can raise them to your eternal servitude. Curious about whether this “new” Halloween will have the same opportunities, you realize with pleasure that it does. Every night, the Necromancers send to the mods a list of alts. If a player in this list is targeted for a successful kill during that night, they survive and become part of the Necromancer team. If there are more than one Necromancer, they can communicate off-thread at any time.
Note: recruited players keep whatever role they had before, although their winning conditions change to the Necromancer's. Also, they will learn the name of their new masters upon recruitment.
Note 2: The number of names the Necromancer can send every night depends on the number of players at the beginning of the night. As a rule, they can send a list containing 1/6th the number of players, rounded down.
There have been a few nights without a high death toll, if that is from less NK roles active, hitting bps, or dead getting recruited, who knows. What I do know, is that recruitment is a threat.
