Araiel may have started something with his project. I hope you can fix the crashing problem. Would like to see more

Probably not. It's free software.
I've been thinking of getting Zbrush, but it's $800AUD so I have to do a bit of research first.

Had another go.
Watched some tutorials and planned it a bit better. Even worked out how to paint it.

Looks like Ben. Recognisable even without his long, almost female hands.

Another one.
Every time I tried to detail the hair, Sculptris crashed, ... so a hood and clothes for Kalam.

Edit: Colours look very weird when I upload. Don't know why.
The Jade hand pic was the same as well. Must be something in photoshop.

Yeah, a picture I can use as for Trotts Character Infobox. Thanks

@-Coltaine-:Not much different time wise. Each of these took around 6 hours. I've just had a fair bit of time off these last couple of days.
@Whisperzzzzzzz: I might be able to do something. I'm sculpting Hedge now, I'll see if I can come up with something for him.

Love that you're going into so much detail on your sculpts!
Have you tried placing them in a scene based painting and working them in?
I cant help but think of the first FA we ever meet.
Also for some reason I keep picturing the eyes sitting deeper into the socket, makes for a better "stare of justice" imho.

It will be fun to try. But I'm still fighting ZBrush atm.

I dunno , I always pictured them featureless alien-like - kinda like this alien head.jpg (65.2K)

Before reading tCG id agree, after i get a sense they were alot more emotive, passionate even. I do like your reference though!
I just picture them with expressive brow ridges that brood over their poor life choices. :
Are you toying with any other software? You were dealing with sketchup not that long ago...
