I would maybe play up his eyes a bit. If I recall correctly they were bestial yellow.

Pretty awesome. Nails the face and weary cynical expression.
The tusks look more like horn extensions than ‘tusks’. If you look at pictures of elephants or walruses the tusks emerge from under the upper lips. These look like they grow out of the chin, rather that growing down out of the mouth.
