CF would you mind dumping a few interceptors into Mu Arae for me this round? That would help out a lot.

Is there a way I can go in through their back door to raid their defenses and help you that way? Even if I pin with my two cruiser and enter them with my Dread? I have 3 ships, so are you sure that is what you want me to do?

I don't think raiding is the answer, you have too few ships for them to care. I think move those two cruisers into Beta Leonis, and also move that dread, when you can, down to Mu Arae.

I don't know whether I regret or am happy that we did that diplo thing. It has restricted my original plan pretty significantly, but as a result we were forced to pursue D'rek and IH, and they likely would have become the more potent alliance in the long run without me and Twelve concentrating on them and leaving you/EM alone.

It has also helped ensure you keep to your pacifist ways with respect to me (at least), when you had ready access to a wormhole for the last 3 phases.

Twelve has also suggested you follow him in, because he doesn't think a betrayar card would be such a big hit on your VPs. Since you've readily acceded thus far to whatever twelve asks, I have little reason to believe that you wouldn't follow him in.

How on earth are you going to even threaten beta hydrii Tats? You can get 1 ship there if CF lets you, but I think that is unlikely.

You have to be aware that CF is in a good postion to swarm all over you and take your juicy territories behind your cruisers and starbases, I'd be more worried about that. If you were to do something agressive, pinning CF in beta leonis would be better than nothing.

EDIT: On sober reflection, you are going to die. Sorry tats. You might take beta leonis though!

Yep. He does. Mistakenly addressed pm. I basically told him that i hoped tats would commit to b leonis because i can make starbases upgraded with flux missiles there and do more than enough damage to kill both his dread and cruisers in the opening missile round.

I was actually hoping for it so could pin all 3 ships so he would not otherwise harass twelve with that dread.

No matter. I would only say a small kitten escaped the bag. I hardly let out the whole cat...and my real response is still flexible depending on what you all do.
