I've pm'd Khell to let him know it's his turn. He'll probably just pass as he has no money and needs the last of his resources to build a material shrine but he can confirm that on his own.

Okay I was all in a panic thinking that IH had more actions available to do counters and wondering how I could have missed this so I went through his actions for the round and I think there is a mistake on his player board. Currently he has a Research, Upgrade, Build and Move actions recorded but after going through his posts he should have a second upgrade action marked as well bringing his upkeep to -10 currently instead of -7 before his next action.

Phew!!! I was worried that I would be out actioned this round.

You are right. They have probably all crawled down and cowered in their Neutron bomb bunkers for fear they will all be killed.


I've pm'd IH in case he forgot the game had restarted. That's probably the most likely reason he hasn't made his moves yet.

Well I wonder where IH has gone.

I think it's a 47.5-47.5 shot that he orders a move from Castor to either Mu Arae or to the Galactic Center with a 5% chance he does something else. He's running out of money and he could do one more action after this one but he would have to bankrupt Nu Phoenics to do so and cost himself even more resources. I know he has about 50-50 shot at losing that hex to EM but to deliberately lose it to gain another action doesn't seem likely when there isn't likely an another action that could benefit him all that much.

If it wasn't for the fact that D'rek wants this game done by the 25th I would have been okay with another break but this game has an expiration date. I don't see how your vast experience with only one round to go would have adversely affected the rest of us. Besides I still think IH will win the original eclipse game if you guys ever bother to finish it. So you can't be all that good.

You'll see that both you and Khell have 5 action disks down but IH only has 4. After going through his actions he has only one upgrade action marked instead of two. The blueprints have been updated for his cruiser for both upgrade actions you just didn't use an influence disk to record his upkeep for the second action.
