D'rek, if I build a medium-sized money shrine, I will receive an extra influence disc. Now, because the shrine-building is done before upkeep, should I then count that extra disc as already in play when doing my upkeep straight after?

So e.g. if I passed now, my upkeep would be -21 I think. However, by getting that extra influence disc, will it be -17 instead?

I would also interpret it as you get the disc before doing upkeep.
