So once CF goes we already have two provisos, meaning IH is up soon.

I should have turtled it up so no one could get to me. I would have been happy with that, I should have explored more, I should have aniticipated D'rek treachery. If she didn't attack that ancient I would have had it and been in a comfortable position, I would have propoed an alliance with her, and went for building orbitals and monoliths for VP's and spiking up my research for more VP's, but no. I was stabbed in the back.

I wish her luck onwards and upwards. I could ask her for a truce but will she accept? I could go for the other ancient but if I do and she back stabbed me again i'd have my ships on the wrong side of the map.

They both upgraded their ships, which seems a good reaction to an alliance with 11 ships forming on their border, so yes

If not, they should've put in a more complicated provisional.

As for the provisionals I'm not sure they will change as they are both ship upgrades. Both are good for the coming war.

Are we talking about Wheel of Time? I just could not get into that at all. Read the first one, found it dull, but thought maybe it just gets better, like with MBotF, so I read the second one, and found that one almost unreadable. So I gave up after that.
