ok, rethink of strategy, since after a re-reread of page 7, I think I'm stuck with conformal drive on my interceptors and that it cannot be moved to another blueprint.

So:

Upgrade interceptor class wessels with positron computers and fusion source. Upgrade cruiser class with fusion source (just to use up my extra upgrade).

All of those go in obvious spots, so I don't think I have much option as to where they go? Place the fusion sources over top of the originals and the positiron computer in the free slot on the interceptor.

I don't see an alliance marker on their player boards but I seem to remember that EM half heartedly accepting Khell's alliance proposal last round.
