Hmmm was judging from the scene, must have missed his CF as part of republic city. He could still have been a recruit, especially as blend might have been trying to hide your recruiting ability when he decided how CFs work.

It doesn't make sense from the scene, either. Amon picks up Mako, not Hasook.

That is the most ludicrous attempt at backpedaling I've ever seen. You would have been better off just renouncing yourself, but instead you keep trying to put forth this idea of an all-symp cult.

aka fearmongering

By the way people, today I have a case of that nasty 'can't vote' bug that's being going around. Convenient for Liosan.
Here's what I will say on the matter of Liosan:
Do you think that so many people would so obviously stick their heads out trying to get this lynch if Liosan wasn't big name scum? Scum would not do that. Why? Because whilst they may succeed in getting their target lynched, they've exposed themselves to all manner of night actions and lynches for the rest of the game, because of the CF from the lynch. On the other hand, the only retribution townies would have to fear is scum night actions - which they would expect anyway - as town wouldn't lynch them after that kind of scum CF, and scum wouldn't have the numbers on their own.

In addition, I would say that Atrahal's description of the abilities supposedly available to Liosan is pretty detailed, whereas we've had nothing except one vague attempt from Liosan which surely didn't ring quite right for anyone who read it.

As for the night scene, there is info to be had there, as Blend stated previously. Based on his posting, I don't see much doubt that Tulas was somehow linked to Liosan. The scene suggests Tulas DID have a link to the Equalists, whatever the CF says. Tulas, if not a recruit, which was my first thought, could very well have been an Equalist sympathiser in the Republic ranks.

Ah, but there aren't "so many people" sticking their heads out or arguing vehemently or whatever.

The way I see it, Galain and Spite were the ones who ignited this whole thing. For quite some time on day 2 it was just Galain arguing on "your side" and only later did you and Atrah join in. A little at first and then building later to take over the argument more (and now Galain is just being weird and sportscasting it). I actually think Galain could be inno and was just trying to make a good case, and given Spite's odd behaviour that makes perfect sense. Then you (scum) joined into it and can't let go because you fear stepping back and being reasonable will make you look scummy, so you keep pushing with whatever ridiculous arguments (such as a symp-cult!) you can and not letting anyone else start any other cases.

It is not at all difficult to make up a detailed fake reveal, such as Pai Mei who revealed as not scum but was, or whatever it was that the shit flinging monkey pretended to be in the pirates game. I don't even find Atrah's supposed reveal very detailed - if he really had a NA to get a full list of someone's abilities I would have expected him to put a few more details about how the supposed regenerating BP and FM mechanics work?

Anyways, the reveal seems pretty non-sensical to me so far:

1. I'm assuming "regenerating BP" would mean that Amon has a BP that only blocks one vig/NK, but he gets it back every night. Well it's currently day 4 and we're only down 3 players - we sure don't seem to have a lot of kills or vigs flying around. If a couple town roles spend their vigs early and/or a town killer, if there is one, dies, then there becomes no way to kill Amon? Okay, well I guess we can still lynch him then...

2. except that he's ALSO an FM? So since he can FM-jump around the only way we would lynch him would be if he does something stupid, or if we put a case on him and lynch him within a single day, before he can jump, because anything from that alt before that day is not him? Hell, and on top of that he has an LP? What the hell does an FM need an LP for?

That all seems to be a bit overly ridiculous - this reveal of Atrah's is portraying Amon as being practically invincible considering what we've seen in the game so far.

Furthermore, how does any of that line up with the scene? Or with Amon's supposed bender-removing powers from the show(/wikipedia)?

Obviously I'm biased since Atrah is painting this brush at me, but I don't see why anyone else would buy this supposed reveal from him either when it makes me out to be some super immortal role that doesn't line up with the depiction of the character it says I am...

Atrahal, I know you are Amon, Noatak, my brother. I am sorry, but I cannot let you do this to my nation.

So you're going now from Tulas being a recruit to him being a symp, with no acknowledgement that your first notion was stupid and fearmongery? Okay, but this new one is pretty ridiculous too, IMO. What exactly is the point of Blend putting any symp roles into the game if he is just going to out them in scenes?

Atrahal is Amon. I have to kill Amon for my VC. I know he is because I can bloodbend, as can he. Bloodbending gives you the ability list of someone else and lets you use one of them that night, so i figured out he could when he revealed lios abilities.

Oh Sil...you don't know how hard Liosan is laughing right now Posted Image
You don't know for sure, you're simply assuming no one else will have the ability.

There's only one way to settle this, and I hate to have to even suggest it. Lynch either Liosan or Atrahal. Then you'll see. I'd hate Atrahal to be lynched, but if it also means you not achieving your VCs because of this awful play, then that will go some way to making it up.

---I will resolve this simply because I am around and have the time, any other day actions will not be resolved until after Christmas---

Tarrlok had led the Republic City Council with a one track mind. Kill the Equalists, they stop being a problem. His leadership, however, led to the deaths of two of Republic City's benders. Public opinion for his task force plunged, and Tarrlok's popularity went with it. He felt that his last chance to win the public's good opinion was to kill Amon. He had discovered that Amon was, in fact, his brother Noatakk. He had not shared this with anyone, knowing that it would be another hit to his popularity. Unfortunately, Amon was well guarded, he would only get one chance. He wired himself with bombs, and hid along one of the dark alleyways in Republic City. As the Amon walked by, he ran out to blow himself up with him. Team Avatar had chosen that moment, however, to raid the Equalists in an attempt to stop them. Just as Tarrlok ran towards Amon, Bolin jumped in front of him. His finger slipped on the trigger and they both exploded.

Silanah is dead. He was Tarrlok, a member of the Republic City Faction, and Azathmaster.

Atrahal is dead. He was Bolin, a member of Team Avatar, and Giles.

Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Wait, is that line an ability activated? Well, we may see even sooner how wrong Sil was then. Sigh.
