I actually only bought that in case I was stolen from. All my other items would have revealed me as a HoA member, so I wanted to have a cheap item to disguise that.

He probably was. I was originally the guardian of twilight and it had an ability to know a player in possession of a shaving and then allow you to steal it. Azath was originally an orphan, lowest level NP char.

I got Karosis' alignment due to a contract that wasn't bought on the bazaar so it was nice knowing someone who is not in your faction. I was selling riders helmet, spearmans shield marching orders, Keeley, metal, gemstones, and other stuff oh yeah tepans charm which was a mistake. The name that is. I had quite a lot if money there. I was always on a sacrosanct tile. Every day without having to do it myself. I followed fener around like a lapdog. Once I found out Karosis was on the northern desert tile I bought the worship and hadj'd to bring him Out in the open and make him lynch worthy. Or so that people could target him.

Since day 2 Ruse and I had a lover conversation. I knew she was Qadi yet claimed Guild if Beggars, I claimed Nepeth. I wouldn't have minded people voting Ruse but we had a lovers pact that I didn't want to break.

Oh and it was me asking for labourers. Ha

And I would have kept raiding you, if not for the Khalif's Justice. From the stuff I got from you I was sure that you weren't Kanathe and thus a good target. You were also the first person I found to be close to me and only then I started making money from selling your stuff. The Bey title for the Road to Ishkar didn't pay off until the Hadjs came along, so I only started to become able to really do things late in the game.
I had 0 CS myself and only 4 CS from my retainers. So not very much.

I was also planning to raid Karosis, if he survived this cycle. I had an once per game ability were I took all goods and dinari form a player at any phase, but it was fairly expensive for me, and with Karo I would have been sure it wouldn't go to waste.

So why didn't you put the rider's helmet back on the market? I was asking for it a couple of times and would have dropped 6K dinari on it.

on the questions about CS i started off with a base CS of 2 and 2 weapons that when put together gave me another +6. The problem was i had very little leadership so i was basically looking for items, and id drooped myself down to CS 6 to do the money gathering i was doing. My income was about to increase because it was an item that was giving me 500 for each CS i have for each phase.

Since i was the smith for the GoB i was about to start spamming the bazaar with a bunch of weapons i thought people might like.

You did ALL your upgrades?! The only one I managed to do was unlock an extra leadership, which I needed to accommodate my retainers. I was working towards unlocking the retainer and combat modifiers, but it would have taken me another 1-2 days.


The thing about Grain was that it takes Water to make, which is a pretty precious (indispensable?) commodity. So while I had the ability to make Grain, I hardly ever bothered.

I had an Oasis (+4 Water) and built a Basin (+2) on day 1, but my consumption was 2, I had a starting retainer with consumption 1 and my Djinn (which I summoned on day 3, I think) had a consumption of 4, so even with an oasis and basin I was losing water every cycle. On the second- or third-last day I managed to gather the goods to make a second basin (thank you whoever put the construction contract on the bazaar!), else I would've been in trouble.

Can I say I had no clue you were Ruse. I actually enjoyed talking to you and normally we rub each other the wrong way. I think you played a good game! You had the thread convinced you were GoB like Karosis. When you claimed GoB to me I knew you were lying but you also knew I was lying to you. I played General Toliptoth in the first game so I rummaged through and thought i'd pretend to be his son or something.
