I am not going to pretend to even try to figure out how the Hadjs and Sacros on the road and mirror work with anything or anyone. It's all just potato salad to me...

Potato salad confuses you?

Yes. Yes it sure does!

I have an(other) idea for winnowing out players. Ruse's potato salad was my inspiration.

Similar to the Quest mechanic, only compulsory, PS sets a player a question, along the lines of: "If Player A moves to The Mirror, but Sacrosanct had been established at the Barracks, with a Black Market at the Square of Camels, and fifteen minutes before Fener had voted Tellan, while 4 Worship and 5 Politics were bought on the bazaar and one person clamoured for Labourers but no Labourer was priced at less that 2500 dinari, and Player B moved from the Empire on to the Road to Ishktar, and a night action was put in to assassinate Player C, but not before a dawn action was placed to guard Player D - then how much dinari will Player X have left in his Treasury after the Qadi has released his Djinn and made five players buy three Eunuchs?

If you cannot correctly answer the question, you die :p

Both wrong. Both answers would be correct but I'm afraid it was a trick question - you see, you forgot to account for the fact that Osseric was praying to the Dark Lord throughout, whilst Emurlahn had made three retainers with two Specials but only enough Water for one retainer - and not his own. Which of course changes everything.

The answer then is, of course, 'enough dinari to buy 6 Worship and effect a no lynch.'

Except that your ability to create questions that require answers normally costs 8 Politics, which you have, but your storage was raided by the Santa Claus-themed character (who has 9 reindeer retainers) and your Politics were turned into coal. Instead you now have only 2 Turtledoves and 1 Partridge-in-a-Pear-Tree in your storage.

I think you all should try to stop lynching me. I think that would help.

Who is benefiting from the delays the no-lynches are creating? I could make arguments for just about every faction, but it seems to me that those who need to build up prior to making their move are benefiting from no-lynch days providing them, effectively, free production.

Do you ever look back and think, "huh, what if we had lynched Emur when he was asking for it"?

Don't feel bad Atrah. Being number 3 isn't all that much different from #2. Either way you're far beneath me :p

I'm still (barely) number 2. Actually.

Also, I'm no.1 in style, panache, and handsomeness.

I didn't even think it needed mentioning that it was because of my red penis hat.
