One of the largest treasuries in the Sands is the ancient Oracle of Mun. The priests presiding over the Oracle are an order that predates the One God's Prophet, and it has always been hidden from invaders by the Sands, allowing only the pure of mind access. Everyone else meets a swift end in the quick sands. Now, the Oracle has spoken. The deserts of the Nepeth Empire are considered sacrosanct, and no blood may be spilled there.

The Nepeth Empire is sacrosanct until the end of the day/night phase.

Okay, so either this is Tellan again, or someone else on his team sitting on the same tile. I'm thinking the Nepeth are forting up on the Nepeth Empire square, which is fine. Anyway, if it's Tellan again, he's got some serious Worship creating ability, that's 12 worship in 2 days' time. I assume someone on the Nepeth team would likely have some serious worship creating abilities, but how about in HoA or others?

I think we should either lynch Emu today or try lynching Tennes, who I think is probably linked to Tellan, to see if he's sitting on the Nepeth tile or not.

I agree with lynching Emurlahn.
Why are you so after Tallan and Tennes though?
Perhaps you did a find on one of them?

Did you not read my reasoning yesterday? It seems obvious to me that Tellan is most likely Nepeth, which is NOT my faction, nor am I allied with them. Tennes did anything he could to not vote for Tellan, so I think they're connected. So there you have it, simple, matter of fact reasoning.

But yes, I have no issues with lynching Emu. At least this way we would get a CF on him.

Is an Emu CF really all that valuable though if he's just going to get modkilled?

My situation has changed for the better and I'm not going to get modkilled. But I won't argue against the speed lynch. It is the reasonable thing to do considering what happened day 2. However, I won't vote for myself today. ^_^

Given that my reason for lynching Emu was to get a CF instead of a no CF modkill, I'm willing to go elsewhere, so....

remove vote
vote Tennes

as I still believe he's connected to Tellan.

I think we may find out a bit more information from a Karosis lynch. He is saying he is not of the alliance. He is targeting what he believes to be the Nepeth faction. I think Karosis is of the Guild of Beggers. On this basis

Vote Karosis

If I am right it will be interesting to see who votes for him and who doesn't.

I have to wonder at this logic. Emur is still the lowest poster by far, has not contributed, and even admits that lynching him makes sense. We are assuming Tellan is LP again because of Sacrosanct, but if you're assuming that Tennes is linked to him and is of the same faction (by very weak logic of the vote train yesterday), why in God's name would you try to lynch someone who you are assuming is holed up WITH Tellan on the same tile and therefore would also be LP? Did you think this through at all?

This is actually makes a bit of sense. I want to hear what Karosis has to say to my comments, though.

I never said I assumed he was holed up on the same tile, just that he was same faction, or allied faction. This "very weak logic" thing is bullshit. The guy would not vote Tellan, and when he was called out on it, he said he WOULD vote Tellan, then voted Anomandaris out of nowhere. So yeah, I think it's stronger logic than you're willing to admit.

Heh, another Nepeth/HoA huh? That's what, Tellan, Tennes, Ampelas now? Though I'll admit Ampelas voted for Tellan yesterday, he very much left it to last minute. It could mean that he's NOT of those alliances, but it could also mean that he knew Tellan was on the Sacrosanct ground, so his vote wouldn't matter.

Ok, well, I'd have to go back and look at the actual voting posts, but we were all voting Tellan even though we pretty much assumed he was LP. I have to say that a) someone not voting for a person that the entire thread believes to be unlynchable is not strong (Anomandaris was at the top of the Spam-O-Meter too, making him a reasonable target); ;) you said this:

So you have already deliberately said that your preference for the day is a no-lynch, which actually would prove nothing but only give circumstantial evidence - all we would REALLY know is that Tellan was on a tile on night 2, and then Tennes was on the same tile night 3. PEOPLE MOVE AROUND.

And c) the fact that you are pushing for another no-lynch with no CF is quite damning in my eyes and worthy of a vote at this point.

Vote Karosis

Eh, I never said I was sure Tennes is sitting on the Nepeth Empire tile, just a hunch, or a possiblity if you will. You can go ahead and waste a lynch, but you're gonna get more info out of an attempted Tennes lynch. All you'll get from me is what I've already given you. I'm GoB, and your lynch won't work.

* mutters something about not being very lenient with reveals... *

"Khalif, there is a man here claiming he belongs to the Guild of Beggars!"
"I assume he has been apprehended?"
"He is currently under interrogation in the cellars, my Khalif."
"Don't be too hard on him. Habbas!"
My champion arrived, a slab of muscle, as dependent as a stone. "My Khalif?"
"Lead the guard out into the city. Escort the miscreant in the dungeons home, see he arrives there safely and place him under guard. No-one goes in, or out. You stay with him, if he does so much as move, kill him. Send the city guards to every cross-road. Round up everyone claiming allegiance to one faction or another. This city will NOT become a battleground. Make clear that harsher penalties await those who copy this foolishness."

Karosis is guarded until the end of the day/night cycle.

If I'm not mistaken, Day times out when there are enough votes to lynch. If I am not mistaken, you were the hammer vote. If it wasn't you, it was Tulas Shorn.
