OK, I'd like to Upgrade please.
On my Cruiser, please add a Positron Computer to the empty slot and replace the Ion Cannon with Plasma Missiles.

This is a general question. The +5 science discovery tile that I inherited from Ment/CF is that a one time boost to storage or is that an ongoing addiational production you get each round? I'm thinking now that it's a one time deal but I may have used it a second time after I took over. That was one of the reasons I wanted someone to look over my upkeep to make sure that I calculated it correctly.
I don't know what I'm doing but it sounds good.
