Malazan Empire: Karsa=Knight????=King???? - Malazan Empire

i don't know whether it is just my copy but when listing the Knight it does not name Karsa Orlong as the knight but merely puts the occupier as Toblakai.
could this possibly mean that it will be anothr of his tribe or indeed even that one that is possessed?

As for the knig it says that it is the knig IN chains. this could refer to CG but possibly to Karsa or even heboric?

and what about that guy that won't die?
