I like Grimm about average, but I hated the season finale.

No you're not. Thanks for asking.
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

Anyone else still watching this? I think it's really been hitting its stride lately.

Agreed! Now that Juliette is out of the stupid forgetting spell, and they're actually all working together (Hank, Monroe, Nick, Rosalee, Capt Renard), I think it's been a great season so far! I'm actually intrigued by the Adelinde storyline, and how it will tie into The Family and Capt Renard. Lots to look forward to!

Am all up to date. Still liking the show...

- The crocguy ep was all good
- the Santa Claws epmay have been the single most ridiculously awesome episode ever,
- happy to see alexis denisoff, really liking renard's plotline,
- Monroe and Rosalie are getting on my nerves,
- Juliett is actually better now that she's into the whole 'my boyfriend is a superhero ' thing,
- am very intrigued w where they're going with Nick's zombie powers.
- seriously a wesen santa claus who stuffs naughty kids into a sack, hangs them from a tree and then eats them on the night before xmas.....GENIUS.

It is just so irreverently ridiculous and played so 'serious / not serious' that it's awesome.

I watched it last night. I thought the ending was a little eh ("We have to shoot him, Nick! And you have to be the one to do it! We want you to be a murderer, Nick!" — not literal quotes, but that's basically what it sounded like to me...), but the rest of the story was fucking entertaining. The part where Krampus was shoving the kid inside the sack in the parking structure and the bystander was like "Hey, should I call the police!?" had me cracking up for some reason.

Also, I think Rosalee is cute as bunnies — maybe it's her massive eyes (and her new hair color), but I would totally make her breakfast and then snuggle, if you know what I mean.

interesting that Lost Girl's most recent episode was a "Krampus" yule celebration, shown here just after Christmas.

New ep last week was all good. Liked the Koschei wesen.
Nick's upgrades are continuing. I'm over my reluctance to be happy about this because they're doing a neat job of it. the jogging bit at the beginning was a neat shoutback to an earlier ep.

The Royalty/Vienna/Capt/Adelind plot really really needs to move along already.

The c-plot with Juliette's friend feels predictable... hoping they don't go the obvious route.

After having seen the second part of that - it was predictable, yes, but I think they still pulled it off well. When her friend when full Volga (sp?) and showed Juliette, and Juliette basically jumped into a huge friend hug with her, I was like, d'awww!!! Plus, Juliette kicking her boyfriend's ass was all kinds of awesome!

Though I agree that the Royalty storyline feels like it's dragging on I'm still really curious to see how that's going to play out. I still don't have much idea wtf Renard is up to, and now he's reached out to Adalind?!?! I just don't get it.

I think they did a smart thing by introducing this new Grimm. It looks like they may be moving away from their episodic case-of-the-week style towards a more serialized storyline. Loving it.

Really enjoy Grimm but Netflix only has the first 2 seasons. Will check if US Netflix has more on it.

I haven't watched the season opener yet. But no chatter here would seem to imply that it's not spectacular?

The first ep back was a bit of an anti-climax, but not bad overall.

There is potential for some good storylines coming out of the episode though, so I wouldn't be too harsh on it.

There does need to be a bit more progression on the whole royal family story though, as it is getting tedious.
