I don't really like RTS games any more, I only played Starcraft 2 for the story but the concept of this game really has me interested. Both the artwork, voice work and game elements of this trailer has me sort of peaked.

Pledge 15-20 dollars for the full game later on.

TA's only rival for 'best real time strategy game' is Age of Empires.

I saw this the other day, but I was more interested in Kickstarting the VR Helmet. Although this one is like 1/10th the price...
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

You're thinking of the Ocular Rift? Keep in mind that the kickstarter for the Rift is not meant for the average consumer. It was meant for developers. What you'd get would not be a final product. Just the prototype meant for kicking off the development.

The Ocular Rift does not need the publics support (just yet anyway). It was already in development with some very big names behind it. The kickstarter was just a sneaky way of getting developer attention and getting some hype built up around the project.

Now Planetary Annihilation on the other hand. It needs money. That 900,000 goal was probably a bit too ambitious.

Yes the Oculus Rift is what I was talking about.
Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

If there's anyone interested who still hasn't pledged some money now is the time.

They are at 1,822,000 with 34 hours to go. If they reach 2 million they will add a full orchestral score.

I still can't believe they've raised twice the amount they were asking. I thought 900,000 was a far too ambitious.

There's been no game worthy of comparison to TA for over a decade, therefore not really that much of a surprise.

I never played TA, but I loved me some Supreme Commander battles with friends. This looks completely sick, I'll keep a watchful eye on it.
