The dhenrabi Fishermen of Olintar were famous, for many reasons, but mostly because of their beautiful wives. It was easy to marry a man who's would come home with a catch and make you rich or not come home at all, and free you to snare another



Pathos had to get out of the city, Tattersail was bound to remember him, and he didn't want to tangle with an enraged Mage. He had tried four ships already and was getting desperate when he called to the next ship.
Bubba looked over at the man calling him from the docks, he was certainly a big enough fellow, and big was a requirement for his line of work. Bubba waved him on board to take his measure.



Twelve waited outside Hog's shop for three hours before heading to the tavern where he had first met him. He was not a happy man, and unhappy men are bad news, especially when they're D'ivers weasel. He stormed into the tavern, heading straight to the bar demanding to know where in the hells Hog was hiding.
The barkeep looked at him in surprise, "Hog was killed last night sir, knife in the back."
Twelve was rocked by the news, paranoia immediately set in, had he been killed because of Twelve's request? ,"Does anyone know who killed him?"
The barman looked around furtively and leaned close, "no-one's claimed it, but it was definitely a guild job, short stab, stilleto,"
"My thanks," Twelve bounced a coin across the counter to the barman and headed for the door stilleto, Centz

Upstairs Tattersail's head was thumping, too much wine again, and her mouth tasted like a weasel had taken a shit in it.

Tattersail sat up right in bed as last nights events flashed through her head, her vision swam and she was violently sick yet again, she groaned and collapsed back on her bed. Just before blacking out she had on clear vision of the thief starling taking a shot at her

Twelve walked up the street, his mind turning on how to deal with Centz, surely it was no co-incidence that she hit Hog after their meeting. she would have to die. soon

As darkness fell there were figures moving through the streets with murder on their minds, Tattersail was going to do for that thief and Twelve was hunting for Centz.
Across the town The Dhenrabi Jen was pulling out of the harbour, Pathos helping Bubba get to drunks trussed up and ready for the drop. It took a particularly brave man to be a Dhenrabi fisher, brave and fucking stupid, not many came in with a catch, not many came in at all.

Twelve lurked in a doorway, opposite Centz' block, he was relatively sure she was on the third floor, he shuddered slightly as he braced himself to veer.
Up on the second floor Centz was studying the crossbow she had just bought, massively oversized and designed for lobbing cussers. She had the safety on and was testing the fit of the custom made arrows, cusser topped. Most would have tried it without the string but Centz was sure of herself. She stiffened suddenly as she heard a scrabbling up the walls outside, followed by a tinkle of shattered glass in the room above hers, she dropped the crossbow heading for her daggers. The bow snapped off with a twang as it bounced on the floor Centz dived for the corner with a curse as the cusser smacked into the wall and exploded, tearing the side out of the building and ripping the ceiling to pieces, throwing weasels high into the air.

Tattersail knew exactly where starling lived, she was going to tear the whole building down, to hell with the other scum that infested it, and she was going to do it quickly, there was a jar of chilled wine waiting for her, and it wouldn't stay chilled for long.

Starling heard the explosion that ripped her home to pieces for two streets away, and she broke into a run, pulling her knives out as she sprinted around the corner. She tumbled into a staggering Tattersail as she rounded the corner, immediately recognising the mage she lashed out with her knives, cutting Tatts across the face and arm. Tattersail screamed in agony and fury, reaching for her warren she lashed Starling with everything she had left, which wasn't much, enough to kill Starling, but not before she slammed her dagger into Tattersails chest.





How it went

That didn't write anyway I wanted it too, I think for game 11 I'll be starting with a clean slate for all the characters

Twelve limped back to his apartment, his mind still reeling from the explosion and the painful joining of 6 badly wounded weasels. He was so wrapped up in his misery he didn't notice the figure limping after him.
Centz had been following him the whole way, in agony heself she was determined to kill Twelve before he had a chance to heal up, or veer on her. Five weasels she had seen scrabbling out of the rubble, five weasels would be hard to catch. One greasy, fat bald man, carrying serious injuries, that would be a dawdle.
As Centz rounded a corner she stopped suddenly, Twelve was gone, she drew her knives as weasel dropped on to her form above, hissing and biting. They all went down in a blur of knives, teeth, fur and blood, Centz screaming in agony as she was being literally torn apart, the weasel squealing in concert as Centz' knives found their skulls.
After a few bloody and tense moment Centz staggered upright, barely able to move she studied the ground
five dead weasel, thats fixed the bastard
The Sixth weasel leapt from his hiding place, jaws locking on Centz' throat as her dagger rammed into its chest. Centz collapsed as her life blood spilled onto the cobbles.
Aa assassin lies dead on the street, with the scatter corpses of weasel surrounding her.
I'm sure there's some poetic lesson in there.




Maybe not.




Centz and Twelve shot each other, both died.
