Meanas may have revealed for a variety of reasons. For example; realizing that his faction cannot win yet. The longer the game goes on, the better for the Cults. So regardless of his true allegience (which may change again soon anyway...and remember, this is the guy who has expressed no particular care to play for his own faction, just his own win) he doesn't lose *anything* by revealing that he's been recruited. That's part of why I'm asking him to confirm/deny (completely) the Joker = Amp thing. He's the only other player who can, and more importantly it solidifies his story; gives us a guide to work off when gauging his post's content. And Ampelas doesn't even factor into it, save for coming on thread and denying being the Joker, which isn't necessarily in his best interests, but if it was then it's simply a gamble on Meanas' part.



But! I think I spotted some inconsistancies in Eloth's claims earlier, so I think it'd pay to go and see if I can shore them up a bit in my mind.

OK...fuckshitpiss that was alot of reading, but now I am caught up.

My thoughts on reading this are that it is quite possible that osseric is batman, and even if he isnt he seems to have given up defending and moved on to petty spamming of the very questions that got him in trouble to being with.

Town does not need for there to be 3 (albeit unconfirmed) CL's alts posted to the forum. If they are true, then batman will be three quarters to his VC before we know it. Anyone who understands what town needs to happen to win would not be asking the questions that Osseric was asking. And asking. And asking. And asking.... yeah you get the point. His defense turned to complete garbage when he realized he was not going to get any info from Eloth, and he started to throw a hissy fit.

I, for one, feel like either OSSERIC IS BATMAN (there I said it since I missed out on the day one name calling), or osseric isnt batman, but is clearly playing against what the town needs to be victorious.

OK, so given the way Osseric has been playing the last few pages, there are only two options as I see it:

1) Osseric is Batman, and has given up hope of remaining undercover.
2) Osseric has been recruited by Eloth, and is throwing himself in front of a bus to protect Two-Face.

We should be mindful of both possibilities. I'm leaning towards the first, but I just don't quite see how this could have been known by the cult leaders since Day 1. Is it possible that the "Osseric is the Batman" messages were in fact orders to get Osseric to do this sort of thing? It would require a lot of foresight if Osseric was not a cult player from Day 1 though...
