Um... if your concern was only "getting a lynch" you could get a lynch by hammering Telas, without the need to switch.

Or are you also convinced Telas is innocent? Please explain where you stand on this whole debate, Galain.

I agree with D'riss, there's thinking someone isn't scummy and then there's going balls-out defensive mode to try and convince EVERYONE of their innocence.

Vote Telas
Before Anomandaris convinces Galain of a derail.

Now that, my friends, was scummy.

Then vote me tomorrow. I'm convinced by his play and YOUR wild defending that Telas is scum.

Hammering with an hour left is not scummy. What was scummy was you egging galain to switch to your vote. Besides, what are you so concerned about? If Telas is inno, we can lynch your first choice since by your own admission you say that you'll be turned "a bit more innocent".

You really don't get it (or at least act like you don't)

This isn't a case of defending myself. We have limited time and lynches to get it right. We haven't hit scum, we lost a day to indecision, and we were looking at potentially having a replay of Day 2 today when no one seemed to show up mere hours before the conclusion. And when the discussion was getting going (and before you had even read everything) you drop the hammer. For what? A vote switch that would have made one train L-1 and the other L-2 ? Same exact situation except with Korbas on the hot seat. You don't comment on Korbas either.

That my friend is why that was scummy.

Sorry for not being around much today, reread enough to see that we managed to miss a lynch - which sucks - but not enough to have a solid opinion or argument on any of the cases. Don't have time to be around this evening, but should be able to make up for it over the weekend.

it was posted Friday, and it is now Tuesday (my time) but still the same game day. by my estimation he must be close to mod-kill so if town are REALLY unlucky we could be looking at losing three townies.

Modkills run with the game timer - over the weekend, the modkill timer is frozen along with the rest of the game. I am monitoring the situation.

EDIT: And that's a lynch.

Nah, i stand on the "Well, both could be scummy, Telas has done some odd moves and i consider him to be a viable lynch target, especially with Anomandy's dogged defending of him, but i'd be up for a lynch on both" side.

What the fuck are you talking about by the way. Galain couldn't have hammered anyone. He was the fourth vote on Telas' train.

I wish to apologize for losing my temper and swearing. I don't usually do that while playing mafia.

I stand by my "Anomandaris = Dense" comment though.

You know Galain, when indecision leads to the lack of a lynch and when D-day is coming sooner than later, making defensive cases makes sense, esp. when they are considered to be bolstering your lynch candidate by virtue of convincing people they have the wrong person. Makes sense to me, but I guess I'm unconventional in my mafia gaming style...

You are right. I didn't double check. Fener was the only person who could have hammered other than me. For some reason I thought Galain hadn't voted.

That could work, except when other people are really convinced of someone's scummyness. That sort of pushing only convinces them further. I include myself in that regard. Your arguments (in which I perceived so many errors about my position on Telas) only pushed me further away from your case.

It was Day 3. There were 53 minutes left in the day.

There are 9 players left: Ampelas, Anomandaris, D'riss, Fener, Galain, Korbas, Rashan, Telas, Thyrllan

5 votes required for a lynch, 5 to go to night.

4 votes Telas (Korbas, Thyrllan, Rashan, Galain)
3 votes Korbas (Anomandaris, Telas, Ampelas)

Players not voting: D'riss, Fener

After a lull the previous day, emotions ran hot again on the third day of the summit. After much wrangling and arguing, there were two of the gathered numbers upon which suspicion fell. Advocates for both debated mightily, but in the end a loser was chosen. Unlike Day 1's torture of division-by-zero, a new fate was decided on. The unlucky number was placed in a mirrored room, trapped there with his reflection.

The Negatives are a tribe beset by a suicidal depression. Their culture has perfected many ways to end their existence, and their holy teachings rank the ways in which the deed can be done. Of greatest style, so their priests preach, is to find their mirror image and seek him out, so to remove the priveleged one who had the fortune to be borne without the cursed yoke of the negative sign around their necks.

And so, when the Negative regarded his Natural opposite on the other side of the mirror, he knew what he had to do. He pounced, and on contact the two of them disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Telas (Blend) is dead. He was a Natural.
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Wait, 28%. It's a decent rate, too, a fourth isn't that bad.
