Fair enough. Still, multiple alts with voting powers seem ridiculously powerful. And, it would be too obvious if certain alts didn't vote...

So, I'm guessing only one vote counts per multiple account controller? That should give us a little in terms of process of elimination.

Looks like I need to think of the ramifications of two players controlling 5 alts. It hadn't dawned on me that the players with multiple alts would control such a large voting block. Say if one player had 5 alts and each vote counted then the two zombie players won't have off thread communications. But if only one each count then most likely the two zombie..... Actually I'm finding hard to believe that the zombies would have off thread communications at all. That way they could coordinate who they attack each night... WIFOM brainnnzzzzz hurts.

Well the only way to figure out if they votes count or not is to lynch someone and see how many votes are actually needed to lynch someone.

The first few interactions between Sorrit and Galain I thought that they were maybe being harshly pointed at for a mis-read but this recent exchange is odd, to say the least. I actually think if Sorrit had written only a couple of posts and made his point about multiple alts signing in and saying little in a slightly more considered manner people would have been quite responsive to it but his posts are coming across as spamming and he has pretty much quotes half the players that have spoken this far. I'm not sure if Sorrit and Galain are the same player or linked in some other way but it does look like there is some link between them and the timing certainly doesn't rule out the possibility of a player with two alts. Very strange play if it is though.


Silanah seems to be slightly erratic and vote happy at the moment as well and that was rather quick to agree with Ano.

Defense Rating Explained

Each night, I will calculate what each person's DR is, and send them a PM containing that value. Then I will resolve night actions.

Defense Rating is the rating that determined whether you are killed, recruited, or survive a zombie attack.

The number is directly corresponding to the number of zombies that attack you. If you have a DR of 4, it requires 5 zombies to kill you, and 6 to recruit you. If 4 zombies attack, nothing happens. If 3 or less, a zombie is killed.

Defense rating also effects the power of the human killers. If one of a pair of killers is inactive (dead, guarded, etc) then the kill only succeeds against those of less than or equal to 3 DR.

Galain Reread the underlinded part. I think the zombies have to work in concert with each other to recruit that is why we think there are players operating multiple alts so they can coordinate. You have to be attacked by more zombies than your DR to either Die or be recruited. There isn't one zombie recruiter. There also isn't one zombie scum. The combination of the number of zombies attacking a player compared with the DR of that player will determine if either A a zombie dies, B. Nothing Happens, C. The Player dies or D. The player is recruited.

This is going to be one bloody game. With each faction having killers, looks like two separate zombie groups that could kill or get killed depending on the DR of the person attacked plus the 4 independents that may or may not have killing powers plus lynches.

Probably a game after Vengy's heart even with the huge number of players in the game.

In all seriousness, though, 10 zombies seems the most likely explanation of the extra alts to me, too.

As for zombie off-thread communications, I wouldn't be surprised by that at all. Why? The DR ratings of each faction are 4, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1, with a healer, a 2IC that adds +1 DR to all members of the faction and the DR:1 role has a "limited BP". A NK frome ach faction, so that's 3 NKs a night and it'll take a fair amount of effort and/or zombies to remove any of those NKs because they're paired. On top of that you've got the independents, whom at least one of looks like a serial killer role.

That's a lot of bloodshed facing the zombies, and if there's 10 of them they're the most likely recipient of those NKs. The zombies probably don't have much, if any, defense against those kills (because they're zombies, it'd be weird if they did), so the only balancing factor would be if the zombies were also able to deliver a lot of bloodshed. With 10 zombies and the DR ratings and heals I mentioned above, they'd be very inefficient if the zombies weren't coordinated - essentially each player of 5 zombies would have to put all his zombies on one target to guarantee success against any target, and if they lose just one zombie they now have 4 and can't beat a faction leader (if the 2IC is alive).

I think it's more likely the zombies do have off-thread communications to coordinate how many zombies they put on each target.

In fact, given how exposed they'd be on-thread from trying to manage 5 alts, I wouldn't be surprised if the 2 zombie players can control any of the 10 zombie alts, making them more able to hide by having any 2 alts converse naturally. Vote-wise, could be a limit of 1 or 2 votes per zombie player, but they can come from any alt. That's how I would do it if I was making this game, anyways.

Especially after he continues to enjoy acting like a zombie, keeps talking about multiple alts being run by a couple of people (of which he is probably one), spams the threads, and now seems to be on the same page as our next wannabe (or real) zombie, Tennes. If he is a multi-alt, he probably can be as careless as he likes, and that may be to his advantage, especially if he wants to be distracting and derail the thread.

I would also like to hazard that zombie alts could be used as weapons as well, spreading out the multi-alting to various team members so they have an extra way to attack the other people. It would make more sense to me than one person running 5 alts simultaneously (seriously, I don't think anyone actually has time in RL for that...).

Does no one use their fucking brain anymore. I started this game out asking about how do the zombies have a chance when they only start as a two player team. Then someone pointed out there are more than 24 alts in the game. That lead to the discussion about who is running those alts. USE FUCKING LOGIC and you will see how I came to the conclusions that I came up with fucktards. Just because I'm a spamming, role playing, dick doesn't make my arguements an less valid. I'm unlikeable. I don't give a flying shit monkey if you like me or not. What I do care about is shit for brains idiots voting for people because they don't like how I chose to play the game not because they actually think I may not be on your team. You have no evidence that I may or may not be on your team. Just because you "think" I may not be on your team is not evidence.

It seems my own arguement for what we are looking for is being turned back against me (Still no evidence of this). Seriously though, we've had games with mod controlled alts before. I'd think itis more likely that people with SH access are controlling the puppets thanforcing each player to swap between 4/5 alts. Then NA's are what the main player chooses, and that player has the strength of 4 zombies to do his bidding.Though I do also like Liosan's idea that alts can be spread to more members as they are recruited.

And the fact that you suspect me of having alts is irrelevant, it was just me saying i'm here. Plenty of people have done that, i can't help it it happened several times in a row. Also, your last post is just as suspicious, while it might just be a simple rage comment about all these people not trusting you, it might as well be a post attempting to divert attention by once more pointing out everything you have already said and adopting a "i don't give a fuck" attitude.
