Early readings are always kept under some pretty tight restrictions. Most likely they'll read us the most innocent thing they have available from the prologue or early chapters, and recordings of any kind will be prohibited. We'll probably be able to post summaries of what the passage was about, judging by past readings, but this one is so early it's possible the rules will be even more strict.

That sketch is pretty cool, though undoubtedly Sweet would have added unnecessary details in the background for the finished painting, and most likely added non-canon detailing to the dresses, hair ornaments, and landscape. My favourite of all the covers is tPoD -- a real sense of energy, and I love the statue.

It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about nowadays saying things against one, behind one's back, that are absolutely and entirely true.

TPOD is also my favorite cover, and I'm wondering if Whelan's Rand (in the other thread) was based on that cover. I think most people agree it's the best Rand. Of course, the detail isn't great in Rand's face on the TPOD cover....but they look much the same.
