we get another game started...........? Or take a month off before we do? I know I could use a bit of a break.
If I mod from start to finish I would like to install a few changes in regards to how the game is played namely the speed of the game. A week for movement phases after the first week is waaaaay too long. 4-5 day movement phases are about right. I know when I was trying to communicate with a number of people they didn't even respond to my PMs after a couple of days anyway, so it's not like they were using the time to come up with a master strategy to get themselves farther in the game. If there is less time then there might actually be a sense of focus instead of an afterthought.
I would also like at least three alternates in the quene ready to step in before the game even starts so we don't have to go hunt down people that are suddenly unable to get their moves in. That was a huge time drain that was very frustrating. Any other suggestions on how we can improve the flow of the game?

I wouldn't mind playing but I can also be a back up. I am out next week though.
