Anyway, all I said was: Surprise and shock, Stalker thinks the people on his train are scum, whilst Macros thinks the same for the people on his. For me it boils down to whether to believe Stalker's reveal or not.

In regards to The Dude, who do you think he was symping then? He only really had the chance to interact with 4 people- JA, Grief, Macros, and Mentalist. Of the group, I think ment is the best bet, though it isn't a great argument since it is based on a post or two.

Here are 3 instances, I know there is a 4th, but couldn't find it. Here I just mention normal roles, if you look through the thread no one else mentions how they think normal roles are in play.

I realize it is a risk trusting in a role that may not exist, but it seems better than the alternative of potentially losing 3 town members in the course of a single day, while having two potential town revealed in the same day. Not a good situation for us to be placed in.

Here, knowing I am the healer, I try to put the suggestion that we hold HDs vig to day 3 since I could and did protect him. As I feared, both he and Silencer wasted them.

That said, I dislike the enthusiasm for my train. It seems to be picking up speed, which has me worried, because the scum smell an easy lynch. I can hope that we've picked off their symps and it is only the two killers remaining, but can't assume that. Of the current votes, macros' is the most sketchy imo, in terms of scum piling on an easy train. Losing another 3 innos (me and 2 NKs) would put us at 7 left, with at least 2 being scum. So without a scum lynch today and tomorrow, there should only be 2 days left in the game. I will be home before day times out, so please try not to lynch me before then, so I can defend myself, and we can find the actual killer.

Another brilliant Stalker post. You know this is the veteran's game right? We are, in fact, aware of the concept of playing under the assumed WCS because everyone here has actually played mafia before (gasp!). A case might garner some votes because scum want to lynch someone? That's an amazing idea!

Stalker, maybe you could put some effort into actually playing the game instead of giving a newb tutorial...

Finally, the whole point of this post was the healer quip. The fluff that you were an ass over was just that, fluff, though it was worth noting to buy me time to come and defend myself so that 2 not 3 town were lost. Not the best hinting cause I didn't want to actually reveal, but lay ground for it.

But then this earlier post, on the other hand, raised my hackles. His top three suspects for scum also happen to all be people on his train. Ok, on the one hand, he could be right. On the other, it just seems like an automatic panic reaction to name the people who've been against him. In fairness, that's something both scum and innos do.

The next point I was going to make was to agree that since neither train went through, I'd bet one of us is scum. Since I know it isn't me, then Macros is likely one of the killers (this is where I am coming from D'rek). I really didn't like the SK fearmongering, but Obdi beat that horse to death. Looking at the trains below, it makes since that it would have stalled out, since the killers weren't on or weren't willing to kill macros. Your logic, dkt, makes sense regarding the lack of a lynch. Both Ment and Obdi had a chance to change to me (K0rbas left earlier), while Bent/JA (who was reading but never posted) could have swapped to Macros. Since Ment was town, by your logic, Bent and Obdi would be the ones ensuring no lynch occurred. I could see Bent being scum too, but I don't think obdi is.

So this could very easily be crunch day. I don't know whether town have played badly, or if scum have just got lucky with their kills, but it seems very little's gone right. And I am sorry I haven't been on more and had more time to devote to this game, I really would have liked to. As it is, it seems that either the senior vets are not what they once were after so many of them had been away from the game for ages, or they really are exactly what they've always been and playing the rest of us for fools And I really do feel like I'm missing something right in front of me. At the moment it just feels like a coin toss.

Right, excellent, good talking to you guys. I'll be on again about 3 or 4 hours before deadline For the moment, I really don't know. Macros wasn't my first choice for a vote, D'rek was, but the way the lynch panned out (or rather didn't) has me convinced that scum is the subject of one of the two trains. I'm just not sure if I was on the right one.

I don't get what Macros' discussion of serial killers was supposed to add to anything either, that just seemed odd. Flipping it over, Stalker just appears to be pointing fingers at anyone who voted for him.

I would just like to point out that on the Stalker train there are 2/5 people, which would allow the scum to come in and hammer them if we assume there are 2 and a symp left.

What is scummier? Stalker revealing healer near end-game or the above. Both Maccy and DK _should_ be around well before Day times out, judging by their normal posting hours.

No, I did not. I was voting Stalker, and when he got to L-1 after JA voted with 9 hours left or so I removed while I was on-thread so he wouldn't get drive-by-hammered. When I had to go (and he still hadn't shown up yet), I put back on. I never voted Macros, and never thought Stalker wasn't the best choice, contrary to what Bent says.
