If anything, the Merrid thing looks much more like fake symping to me, I mean, you can't get much more blatant and it was one of the few things thyr has picked up on and pointed out, though that lead to a less than serious exchange admittedly. And it came around the time of the Okaros case and tiam following Anthras' vote there with a case and vote. So, around when it first started getting serious.

Yes, Merrid could possibly fit in as scum, mid level posting, tends to look like they have something to say etc. but I'm not getting that strong a vibe off him, nothing like the vibe I get off Thyr. Though Kara, you've pointed out Alkend saying it was feeling less and less right thing a couple of times now, suggesting it as a reason for her death, that kill seems a very strange one, but I am confused at what you are suggesting. You seem to think too that tiam may be a symp, if so, she wouldn't have kill power. So, it must have been her master that killed Alkend, but it seems like a risky move considering that was a last minute comment and before that Alkend was on the train, someone who could easily have been fingered as potential scum themselves.

Actually, the best bet if you are a symp is to work out who you are symping and lynch them, as they have the kill power and you don't. After that, then would be the time to kill you.

You do seem to get one thing into your head and not really look much beyond it though tiam, I kind of get where you are coming from with Kara in some ways, there are things about his play that have at times felt off but you said if Okaros turned up as scum we'd all have to look closely at Kara, and if he had then yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Of course Okaros cf'ing as town in no way exempts Kara from suspicion but you seem to have gone after him regardless, and again, I agree with a couple of your points in relation to him but you don't seem to be looking at much else. You pointed out Thyr as scummy earlier on but seem to have said very little else except that one comment on his bahaviour, once more focusing on Kara.

Yes, today we have a large suspect pool, partly because of the focus being so centered on Okaros on day 1. and I get why you don't want to be seen as leading a lynch after the last result of the lynch your case started but focusing so much on one person is kind of what you did for a while with okaros, so aside from him, have you any other ideas over who may be scum?

Okay rational head on. I can see why doubts have been cast in certain areas due to some of my posts. I think we should go for either merrid or anthras today based on everyones thoughts so far. It would be better though if you found a reason you think they are scum other than my accidental symping. It looks as though i have so i can see why they are being looked at. I am more than willing to lynch either one as they could turn out to be scum. I don't know. My proposal today would be to look at those that are not contributing or to the ones that say sorry and don't post anything else. If we are looking to day 3 though i'd say we'd get more information from an anthras or merrid lynch. If either of those two are town then they need to come out and discuss this with us.

So, let me get this straight. You want us lynched, not based on whether or not we have appeared scummy or not, but because you fucked up, so that when we cf as town you can go "see! Told you so! Now I MUST be innocent!". That is some seriously weird reasoning.

From what I can see, there are several explanations for your actions.
1) Everyone is innocent, and you are legitimately accidentally symping. Which means lynching any of us is not going to help town, but this reasoning only works if town believe us when we say we are innocent, which you have cast doubt on.
2) You are scum, fake-symping to get innocents killed. Again, killing either me or Anthras would be detrimental to town, so if this is the case then we should lynch you. Again, this depends on whether the rest of the players believe Anthras and me when we say we are innocent.
3) You are innocent, and you have somehow managed to accidentally symp a scummy character. This situation is less likely, simply due to the numbers of scum versus town, and would also require town to make a decision about which of us is scummier, based on nothing but your actions, and if you are not scum then you really have no idea if either one of us is scum or not, and so your actions have no bearing on our situation.
4) You are a symp symping a scum, and then again town has to decide from your actions who they would rather lynch.

I don't expect anyone to believe me, especially with the way I overreacted on day one, but I am innocent and would really prefer, if I must be lynched, to be lynched based on my own actions and not the shitty play of someone else. Also, as I will be going to bed shortly and wont be back before time out I have to make my lynch now. I'm going to vote for the player with the scummiest play, which to me means Tiam, not just for the symping, fake or not, but for the suggestion that town lynches someone he has "accidentally" drawn attention to, even though he maintains that he did not mean to implicate us, with the assumption that he has no idea whether we are scum or town.

Last game Ampelas accidently symped Anomandaris. Ano was scum and Ampelas was town. That was day one. So that scenario could work and is the reason I voiced that I don't care whether or not you or anthras is lynched. I am all for us getting the lynch and if it is me then fine at least you see my cf even though you'll say I was a symp. Just for one second though try and think of me as not a symp but someone stirring up the thread poking people for reactions. Looky, you and Anthras have both posted since I mentioned your names. If you weren't mentioned would you have remained hidden? Would you have posted at all? It's a bloody joke. I think other players are doing similar things. Reading through but not posting if they are not mentioned.

No. All we should fucking be doing is making cases on people. Your case on us consists of stuff you have said and done, which says a lot about you but nothing about us. I'm suspicious of you because you claim you don't mean to be symping, but your new attack will have the same effect as if you did get caught symping, which is to get one of us lynched, and even though there is nothing that you have quoted from us that shows we are scummy, you are still advocating our lynch to save your own skin.

Also, Anthras is defending himself. I'm not sure why that pisses you off, when surely you should have expected it.

So, let me get this straight. You want us lynched, not based on whether or not we have appeared scummy or not, but because you fucked up, so that when we cf as town you can go "see! Told you so! Now I MUST be innocent!". That is some seriously weird reasoning.

From what I can see, there are several explanations for your actions.
1) Everyone is innocent, and you are legitimately accidentally symping. Which means lynching any of us is not going to help town, but this reasoning only works if town believe us when we say we are innocent, which you have cast doubt on.
2) You are scum, fake-symping to get innocents killed. Again, killing either me or Anthras would be detrimental to town, so if this is the case then we should lynch you. Again, this depends on whether the rest of the players believe Anthras and me when we say we are innocent.
3) You are innocent, and you have somehow managed to accidentally symp a scummy character. This situation is less likely, simply due to the numbers of scum versus town, and would also require town to make a decision about which of us is scummier, based on nothing but your actions, and if you are not scum then you really have no idea if either one of us is scum or not, and so your actions have no bearing on our situation.
4) You are a symp symping a scum, and then again town has to decide from your actions who they would rather lynch.

I don't expect anyone to believe me, especially with the way I overreacted on day one, but I am innocent and would really prefer, if I must be lynched, to be lynched based on my own actions and not the shitty play of someone else. Also, as I will be going to bed shortly and wont be back before time out I have to make my lynch now. I'm going to vote for the player with the scummiest play, which to me means Tiam, not just for the symping, fake or not, but for the suggestion that town lynches someone he has "accidentally" drawn attention to, even though he maintains that he did not mean to implicate us, with the assumption that he has no idea whether we are scum or town.

Last game Ampelas accidently symped Anomandaris. Ano was scum and Ampelas was town. That was day one. So that scenario could work and is the reason I voiced that I don't care whether or not you or anthras is lynched. I am all for us getting the lynch and if it is me then fine at least you see my cf even though you'll say I was a symp. Im still trying to work out how I became a suspect as far as I know I havent said anything wrong. This has all came around due to Tiams apparant symping of me and then again of merrid. Alot of people have made a case that Tiam must be a symp but to me she is just constantly pointing the finger at others and when she sees someone she doesnt like she goes for them relentlless.

Im not sure how my voting is going to go yet but I am very suspicious of Tiam so im going to have another re-read of her comments then ill decide my vote.

How do you make a case on someone who hasn't been around? I haven't made a case today, I refrained from doing to because yesterday was my case and it was wrong. If you look at the thread the talk about your lynch has come from Kara, Korlat and company. You haven't answered their cases you are just picking up what I have said and responding to that instead of getting into the meat and potatoes of things. If you have time to respond to me you also have time to catch up on the thread and actually let us know who you think is scum and why other than the OMGUS of me, or unless you actually think i'm the killer.

Today wasn't about me being a mafia player. I voted Korlat because she had no content whatsoever. Since then she has posted her thoughts. Although something feels "off" about Kara he still contributes to the game. I've liked Korlats posts since she has come back. Anthras and Merrid it was not my idea to lynch them, I said I'd go with it though as I don't know where to look at the moment. My case on day one threw me off. I was right he was hiding but he was a hiding town. I wasn't going to make a case today, I was letting someone else have that priveledge and was going to throw in with them. Thyrllan started off on day one posting quite a lot. Mostly spam. He is the third top poster yet I cannot remember much of what was said. Just going back over things someone called him out, I think it was Okaros and since then he has posted less and less and has been placed to the back of our minds.
