I've got a copy for JLV, but he doesn't seem to have been around for a month. If I don't hear from him in the next day or two, Tapper's got dibs.

Is it bad if I hope he will extend his stay for a couple of days (in good health and with no issues other than having too much fun elsewhere)?

Why can't the book be republished? You'd think there would be enough interest from word of mouth and Caine's Law. It's weird to have 3/4 books on my shelf and have BoT in the kindle.
