It's now official.

Being fairly new to the forum, it scares me to think that i could be talking to people while they are dressed up like some nightmarish creature.
I'm going to be reading these books for the rest of my life trying to catch every little secret and plot detail...and i'm ok with that :D

If Abyss WERE ICE...it would be funny, because he would then seem to gush about his own books all the time (See most recent example in OST forum).

While that sort of trickery is not beyond anything I could imagine anyone doing...it still seems odd.

Personally I think Abyss is Jim Butcher.

The baker. But who is the candlestick maker???
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

snake0024 started the Tiste is a necro thing ages ago, and that was off forum, back when everyone actually used MSN. He then moved it onto the forum in a bunch of threads (spamming his way across the entire forum in the process) and it somehow stuck.

Also, it's not true...

Tiste, did you once post a photo of yourself in a wedding dress? I seem to remember either talk about it or an actual photo......10 years is a long time to remember things clearly but this just sits in my mind as a fact.

It always amuses me watching you Euros beat eachother to pieces in your false pride and sad braggadocio.

The "dumb" Yanks slip through the cracks and win again and again and again.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....
