I've been ill since yesterday and haven't been able to follow very closely what's been said/ done so far, it all seemed to be Fener talking shit anyway so when I got up this morning and seen like eight pages I read the last couple, made some comments, again in reply to something Sorrit had originally said, went back and actually read the pages/post again and realised i'd been barking up the wrong tree.

I'm here to vote, I'm not sure about the Silanah link, i'd have probably been more inclined to vote Ruse based on that exchange/possible signalling but I think it would be too risky/hasty now that he has partially revealed. There is no way for us to really check this but at the same time it seems far too big a risk to take and would be an extremely bold move for scum to play, especially on day 1, I'm not sure they would considering they already have Fener open and talking as much as he likes, so for the moment I am inclined to believe that he is at least inno.

I got a ping from Eloth yesterday from the slightly fawning exchanges, though that is hardly anything solid and the only other player who I felt uncomfortable towards was yourself HP though I can't see that happening today at all, probably between myself and silanah since it is too big a risk to gamble against what Ruse has said.

If someone found the slip (if any, or intentional post), it is there to be found and used for the thread. After all, we might even quote it by accident in a case on a completely unrelated issue without it being The Slip ™.
If you don't want us to find it, edit said post.
If you don't want us to find a post made by a player and edited by you, incriminating said player, delete it.
If the post has been quoted a gazillion times already, well, so much the pity.... might break your game, but at the least allow the rest of us to hunt and search for it.
If need be, modkill anyone who made said slip to even the playing field - if scum, they should have signalled better. If town, well, should have known better than trying the age old trick - killing of a person CIed that way is only fair compensation.

But right now, if there is a slip on thread, then we're being asked to put a blind eye towards something most of us don't have an idea of what it is, and the players who made said slip still broadcasted their signal and it might have been picked up, too. Essentially, we can throw at the least a page or so of day 1 discussion away.

What's a player to think?

Now, I'm sorry for dissenting on thread and will accept a modkill for it, and I'm equally sorry if I just enlargened the pickle you find yourself in, but this mess needs sorting out and I fear enforcing silence won't do. For all I care, maybe you might even want to reshuffle the roles and restart the game - it is still day 1, after all.
