I'm really curious about Shadow.

He keeps trying to rise us in a "Alliance hunt", but now we know he can't be M, he can't be U because he was on-and-off on the charge of Tulas, accusing him of being F. Either he has to admit he revealed T, or (more probably) his whole play is the charade my nose says it is, including the FUD about the alliance.

To me, Uesegi was a strong team, and I was almost sure about Tulas Shorn being with them. If I had this feeling about someone being F, then I would have chosen him (win-win, Alliance and all), but Shadow's only F candidate was, ironically, Tulas. So I don't get the facepalm.

Shadow is totally alliance, and more than likely Fujiwari based on his attempts to frame Tulas as Fuji and his willingness to vote of people he had identified as Ashikaga. The only question is where he ranks. He himself has said he is a mere retainer, but do we automatically believe that?

There's no question that a Fujiwari must be taken out today in order to give hope to the other factions. Taking out the Ashikaga leader wouldn't be exactly a disaster either, because it would at least mean the end of the alliance, but that would still leave the Fuji in a commanding position.
