I was role playing. I even said that I was role playing like 3 times. I answered questions gave my thoughts. I would think this being the internet that people would be able to find Google translator with out having to have their hands held. Has mafia really became such a exercise of stupidity that a. nobody but a select few can actually role play or even know what role playing is (I mean fuck this is only day 1 therefore you shouldn't even fucking complain about role playing unless it goes on to day 2. and b. that even though you can access the internet you can't actually use it for more then looking for midget porn.

As others said, it is quite annoying when playing from a phone.
As I commented: running to google translate isn't exactly Roleplay.
Anyhow, cute rant.
But a few snide remarks:
1) Roleplay is a side-effect of the game, but it isn't game day 1 for nothing - the game is running. It's okay that you're not superduper serious but it is still a game day.
2) Roleplay depends on interaction, that means other people going along with it. Initiating it, cool. If it doesn't get people along, pity. Either way, no big issue. It is voluntary.
3) If people are annoyed with you playing the game under cover of google translate, they may have a point. RP is to amuse yourself and them (Personally, I'd have preferred if you added a haiku to each post instead, or posted in haiku or tanka/waka, would have gained you massive rep from me after the game, anyway)
4) In the old days, dragon sex took place during night resolution, not during the day. It being the unenlightened romantic nineties, they may even have turned of the light.
5) Few of our parents are old enough to have been born in the hippie-era....next time, keep the average age of your audience in mind when you try to insult them
6) In a game where no-one knows the roles, it is natural that people are suspicious. You can say you are RPing, but do they have to believe you? Nope, this is mafia, there's a lot of nerves and people trying to be clever, and no-one trusts no-one.
7) There is too much punctuation and too much correct grammar in your rant to become a classic.

As I deleted almost all of the truly horrible parts out of that rant. It in no way should be considered a classic. Actually with the amount of drug use that has started to occur in society at large since the "hippie era" it is just as likely that someone was conceived in a pot filled room now as it was in the 1960's. The van might have been a stretch I will give you that. As you very well know dragon sex left the night and migrated to the day several games ago. The fact that you are ignorant of this speaks to both your old age and your lack of current playing. I was actually the second person to post in Japanese and at the time there were players playing along with me. It is after we stopped and everyone else started to come on that they had a problem with us posting in japanese. I am ignoring Atrahal (he has been alted and should be ignored).
