Seriously though, Seagal has legal history with the producer, so its unlikely.

Supposedly Chan was asked but he either:

- wanted a bigger part than a quick cameo
- has completely retired from action films after Chinese Zodiac
- didn't like the part offered

depending on which rumour you believe.
