For triple voting. Also, killers don't know how many symps they have, do they?

Also, I hope people are going to talk more than this as the game goes on, or it's going to be hard work. 20 posts in 9 hours? Is not good.

As for this comment. I have to agree. The game was basically handed to scum last game by low or non participation.

Ha ha ha ha. That was too easy.

I have no idea if the killer(s) know who their symps are. Shin mentioned this is a low TDMI game so probably they do not. But with 17 players then there is a good chance there are 4 scum players.

Hello there. Seems like Spite decided to stir things up after the complaints of not enough activity. Quick summary so far? Yes please.

Samurai is both plural and singular (like "moose"); Meanas outed himself as the Shogun and then disappeared; Anomandaris mistook himself for Meanas; tea is a sensitive subject and worthy of inspiring votes; Rashan weirdly deflects from Anomandaris; Emur votes Osseric cause fuck Osseric; and Spite appears on thread and begs to be lynched but makes a half-decent point in the process.

Ah, day 1 comedy. So exciting!

Pre empting you're going to be away from the thread for a while, low lying scum maybe. If that's how you want to play it then fine :p

I'm agreeable with contribution.

I'm busy with school too at the moment, especially with some exams coming up, but there is always time for Mafia :p

Yes I know what a summary is and for the most part they are very helpful but not when there is barely one page worth of information to read through. Here it looks like you are being helpful when anybody could spend a few minutes reading the thread themselves and come to the same conclusions.

And yes. Tea time is most certainly over. I spit in your tea sir.

Oh good, you're back, I thought I was alone here... Everyone obviously needed a primer on the plurality of "samurai".:crybaby: So that was pretty helpful, right? RIGHT?! Right. But aside from my tea humor there actually are a few points I mentioned that I want to touch on again.

So - as for the tea-spitting - allow me to return the favor...

Anti-government political party = anti-Shogunate. Death to Galain!

vote Galain

I cannot understand this vote for the life of me...anti-government? What? Coming so quickly after Galain's vote makes it suspicious too. And then there's Spite -

Checking in. My sword for the Ahikaga! It might be boasting, but that one sword will contribute more to Japan's population than the entirety of those two half -arsed untrained formations of ashigaru spearmen at my back.

Check in caught up and

vote rashan

for bragging that he is a killer and outing that he has 2 symps.

Now, I actually agree with Spite's first post there...anyone who self-describes as a killer is always a suspect, but the triple-vote makes things even weirder. Spite straight up calls Rashan a killer, calls himself Rashan's symp, triple-votes Rashan, and then quickly switches his vote off Rashan. I realize this is all pretty obvious but Spite's play does seem symp-like; the "voting-as-signalling" argument gets weaker every game but at some point scum are going to take advantage of that and actually use it.

For now,

Vote Rashan

I totally missed that interaction between Rashan, Galain and Ano. Factor in what Mockra pointed out, with Rashan's comment about being a killer with two spearmen behind him and It's sounding more and more like Rashan is a symp to one killer possibly Ano.

With a full CF I'm willing to go after who we think is being symped versus who is doing the symping.

Right, the Galain vote from Rashan does look like deflecting. Voting master over symp is definitely the best approach but I can't decide whether Rashan is symping Ano or you're symping Rashan. Spite if you are inno then why the hell would you triple-vote someone on day 1? I can't see how it does anything except cause confusion for town.

For now I'll leave my vote where it is. Rashan has some 'splaining to do.

Contrast post 1, in which Spite claims a summary is useless because it should be easy enough to read through the thread and see everything for yourself:

Loving the irony there :crybaby:.

But in general I agree with Spite that Mockra's post was unnecessary. Comment not summary please.

Mockra, the Tea Party vote was a joke vote or an accusation of signaling based on the Tea Party in America that is anti-government currently. Rashan was saying that Galain is being anti-government (ie the good guys).

This feels like a weird justification to me. Is a summary like this really all that helpful? Surely the point here is that the summary seemed to happen far too early.
