Hi All,

I'm halfway through TtH at the moment. However, I've only read the 'main' books so far. Should I go back and finish Night of Knives, Return of the Crimson Guard etc. before I go on to Dust of Dreams? If so, what order should I read the supplementary stuff in?

The most common reading order suggested is to read Night of Knives in between Midnight Tides and The Bonehunters; Return of the Crimson Guard in between Reaper's Gale and Toll the Hounds; and Stonewielder in between Toll the Hounds and Dust of Dreams.

Hope that helps!

Stonewielder BEFORE DoD?
That correct. Just finished TtH for the 1st time, so will be starting one or the other tommorrow!
The sites forum layout suggests Stoneweilder AFTER DoD....

So on a 1st time series read through, should I read SW > DoD> TCG, or DoD>SW> TCG?

SW was published AFTER DoD and BEFORE TCG - we org the site in publishing order to avoid spoilers on a rolling basis.

That said, DoD flows directly into TCG... SE wrote them as one bigmassiveHUGE book, so there is a rationale to reading DoD and TCG together.

You won't suffer either way, but i suggest that once you get to the end of DoD, if you have TCG standing by it's going to be hard as fuck to read SW right then. Reading SW first, or after the DoD/TCG combo, may work better.

But hey, if you want to read them in published order (DoD-SW-TCG) that works.

- Abyss, now even MORE unhelpful.

Your signature is lies. I've got 'em all on standby. Bought a massive boxful, all 12 released titles all at once, and TCG when it was released :D
SW it is, thank you!
