Just to add a little something else to the mix, Whiskeyjack says to lasseen right at the start of GotM:

'So I've heard. You must be feeling confident in the Emperor's absence. He's not the only one who remembers you as nothing more than a serving-wench down in the Old Quarter. I take it the gratitude's washed off long since.'

Which at least implies that he remembers these times. That said I think the evidence of Dunsparrow points more to Whiskeyjack being younger, and that being a GotMism (or feasibly Dujek told him about it)

Fiddler I think of as around late 40s, rather grizzled and rugged, a true vet (same goes for Hedge)
Kalam early 30s
Quick Ben, I think he looks late 30s early 40s but who know's how long the slippery bugger has been around for!
Ganoes mid 20s
Tavore early 30s
Whiskyjack (while alive) I imagine to look 50ish (due to denul healing rituals) although I suspect he is rather older like the rest of the Old Guard, perhaps 80ish
Tehol in his 40s (same for Brys)

Kalam: I think Kalam is pushing 40 he's grizzled and grouchy

Fiddler at the start of Gardens is described as being about 16 XD and therefore about 25-26 by the end of GOTM but I think for the rest of the books he's actually meant to be a much older more fed up veteren I always saw him at the end of TCG as being older and fed up about late forties

QB as his original mortal self is prolly about the same as Kalam but he has a possible Tiste Andiian soul in him so bluergh

Apsalar is maybe like eighteen in gardens so late twenties by TCG

Felisin? fourteen at the beginning of DG maybe 20 by HOC? but older in body and weariness
Crokus is about 18 and so ends up about 28

but I dont know XD never really excited me too much except for the little discrepancies like in DG Karsa is introduced by Leoman as being a Toblakai youth of 17 years old XD and in HOC as being a youth fresh into his Eightieth year XD

Isn't Ganoes the eldest child though in House Paran? I thought he was older....but Tavore was colder by far

Im pretty certain Ganoes Paran is Tavores older brother, and I believe it was made clear that he was 23
at the beginning of the main part of GOTM(whatever age he had in the prolouge + years Lassen had ruled).
By the end of the series he would be in his early 30s.


Fiddler, Gesler, Stormy I would place in their early 40s for the main part of the series.

Whiskeyjack: Dident they state several times in the text that he saved Dunsparrow together with his buddy Fiddler?
If thats the case they should be about the same age.

Spinnock Durav: I believe it was said in TTH that he was 30 000 years old, which was suposedly old for a Tiste Andii.
That seams to have been retconned in TCG where he and a lot of the surviving Tiste Andii where original survivors from Kharkanas.
I would guess he is suposed to be 300 000 years old, and the TTH reference is a writing error.

tehol is older than brys: I always thought of tehol as mid to late 30's and brys as late 20's early 30's
