Sure. If one of us dies, then the other goes on a rampage during the night at a location nominated by us at the beginning of the game, and everyone in that tile dies, followed by our own death as we commit suicide because we can't bear to be apart.

Well, only if we're guarded by someone in that location we target (heals might also stop others dying, I'm not sure). NKs on us will kill us, but our kills would also go through anyway. It'll just mean we're killed by someone else rather than committing suicide.

This is an interesting turn. I can sort of see why Meanas would be worried and try to preempt the votes considering the day before, but this is... rather excessive. I don't think I could've made myself any more lynch able if I tried. Not to mention that he painted his faction name all over the thread for anyone to see.
He might very well be a recruit; that would explain the sudden panic and change of style. Waking up to a new alignment does that to people. I'm pretty confident I know which faction he is, or at least which one he originally belonged too though, so I doubt he's the usurper. Now, this is where people say they could be wrong, but then I rarely am

What I do know is that he's not my emperor. I wouldn't be surprised if he was a recruit and some believe he's the usurper. That's a decent a reason to vote as any I think.
